We live in Highland and our AC was blowing out air that wasn’t cold. The temperature in our house was on the rise and over 80 degrees and we have a new little baby. Bryant Voss got to us very quickly, was extremely nice, and was able to fix our AC.

My furnace quit working on a Sunday. V1 was quick to come out and get it working for me. He even took the time to point out some things that were missed by the company that installed my furnace less that 2 months ago. Highly recommend

We are very impressed with this company! They responded to our call and came out extremely quick, at a time that worked for us (after work!) He was very kind and explained everything thoroughly, and gave us a very reasonable quote to get our unit fixed. We will use him again for sure!

This company is fast and efficient. Gets the job done as soon as possible. Cares about his customers and their homes like they are his family and his home. Made getting financing easy. The whole process from start to finish was so easy. I would definitely encourage anyone to go with these guys over all the rest.

We have used V1 at my work and at my house. Always professional, very reasonable on price and gets us taken care of. Just this morning called for the heater in our shop not working, within 2 hours we had heat with minimal repair. A+++ all the way.

I would HIGHLY recommend using V1 comfort solutions and we will be using them exclusively moving forward. I woke up for work at 5:30 AM and realized the house was at 60 degrees. Originally I thought my furnace was out so I contacted a few local HVAC companies I knew of and had no luck getting anyone to answer. I had heard about V1 comfort solutions and sent them a message on Facebook. Within 5 minutes Bryant called me and I explained to him what I had going on. By 7 am he was at my house where my wife and 2 young children were. He called me shortly after he arrived to inform me that I just had a sensor out, he so kindly replaced the sensor free of charge and told me to call him if anything else acted up. I can’t thank Brant enough for such a quick response and providing such an honest service. If you ever have any HVAC needs I would reach out to V1!

I am updating my review because although i still believe the installation was well done, the experience since then has not been as good at least recently. I have a email from them before the install that states we have a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Its actually why we went with this system. Our system had a error code towards the end of last winter. They did come out then and told me they would let me know what Bryant said. That was the last ive heard from V1. They will not answer text or calls. I say this just to say that the buyer should be aware that service after installation may be difficult. Ive also just requested recently that they set me up on a paid maintenance schedule but again they will not respond. So if you decide to have them do your hvac installation, the job will be decent; but dont expect a long term servicing of your system. Ive left my original review below.
Bryant is a very concienous and talented man. The system that he and his team installed is the right one for our home . He installed it at a time that was convenient to when I could be home, which in this case was a Sunday and was very mindful of the health concerns that my wife currently has going on. They installed the system quickly and explained everything they did so that I could understand how everything worked together and when things would need maintenance. He was also very clear that we could contact him at any hour if we had problems and he would respond quickly. This is definitely a company worth hiring. Excellent and patient communication skills. Definitely a 5 star business.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but had a very bad experience with this company. The people are nice and respectable but not very punctual. A couple times no call no shows. Really wish they communicated better.

Reply: Sir I'm not really sure where you pulled the date of December 4th out of maybe you have your facts mistaken. but the text messages say otherwise. not really sure if you are in the loop. but according to the messages. you asked on November 17th if you could install the condenser tomorrow November 18th. I ""Yes sir." I message you at 3:42PM any idea on a time for today? Or was it pushed back. you stated "pushed back to tomorrow late morning" guess who never showed up? you message me on November 23rd "is anyone going to be home today? we had a scheduling conflict last week." that was great to know when you didn't show up or even mention anything about being absent. so i respond with is there anyway to schedule this out closer to the 11th of December that's when i will have money to pay. you stated i need to contact choice. i told choice what was happening and everything was all good. I asked on the 14th of December at 7:27PM "Hello, sorry for the late text. could we set up the installation? " You read the message and don't reply. Nowhere did we say December 4th. You agreed to waiting. Don't backpedal the situation in public to make it seem different and save grace. You might need to remember correctly the events and the dates because I have the messages.

Just know this is who you'd be inviting into your home... probably go elsewhere
