Came out same day for the job... cost me $225 for repair that took less than 10 minutes...should've stuck with Sears

There is no appliance repair in Alsip. They try to make it sound familiar to you like it's someone from your neighborhood. It is contractors who work for this group. Billing is from 2 different states and gets very confusing. The guy did a good job and was on time. But the "Company" gets a cut of everything, so you pay more for the service. I was trying to save money, and ended up paying $121.00 labor for a 15 minute job. Stick with the locals.

Scammers. They buy fake 5 star reviews. Very unprofessional.

ITS ALL A SCAM 5 DAYS LATE TO MY HOUSE CHARGED ME 255 DOLLARS TO FILL MY FREON THAT DIDNT TAKE AND STILL CAHRGED ME AND NOW TRYING TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER 700 BUCKS TO FIX IT AGAIN....AND TO TOP IT OFF NOT A REAL COMPANY THEY SUB CONTRACT IT OUT. STILL NO WORKING FRIDGE

Suppose to come between 9am-12noon. I cancelled the service call at 3:30pm. Not a way to run a business, very disappointed! Better not charge a service charge on the credit card they were given!!

This is a false company. They outsource it to some random tech. The tech that showed up at my house only brought half the parts. I had to tell them what parts he needed to bring. When he got here he did not know how to install the ice maker we needed installed.

Do yourself a favor and do not use this place. It is a scam! They will send a pretend tech your house that has no idea what he is doing. They will pretend to fix what you need fixed. Take your money and you never hear from them again. And you're still stuck with a broken appliance that they either made worse or didn't fix at all! Especially if they send someone with the name Dillon from services JD.Do not even let them in your house. Just call and report them as a scam!

$85 to come a day late and tell us we need a hose replaced. One month later finally showed late and charged $365 to slowly replace hose.. All work is subcontracted so good luck on repairs Alsip is not responsible nor interested

Total scammers. There is no actual Alsip Appliance Repair in Alsip. Its phone you call is a nationwide sub contractor clearing house. We had an appointment with what we were told was with Alsip Repair and confirmed appointment that day. Just before the 3 hour appointment time ended we got a call from a shady person saying they were replacing the "Alsip" company with someone different and they had all our info including cc #. Multiple calls produced complete b.s. Don't get burned by this fraud.

I do not recommend at all!!! I called them because my refrigerator was not cooling properly. A tech came out and wanted to charge me $1200 for a cleaning and add gas. He said it was expensive because it was very completed and a two person job.I told him I felt it was too expensive so he told me to decline service and he would do it as a side job for $800 by himself. Funny how he told the person he reports to he could not do it alone and then he told me he could as a side job. I called another company in Orland Park and they did it for $350.
