Trav and his men did a fantastic job. They arrived precisely at the time they said they would. All of them knew what they were doing and did it well. After the job was completed, they did a complete clean-up and were very considerate of our house and wore shoe covers to protect the floors, I would heartedly recommend NSS as a top notch organization.

After searching for more than 2 years for someone who could repair or replace a "lean-to" skylight originally installed by the builder, I finally found a reputable company that could do the work and has done similar requests. By this time, the skylight was more than 35 years old. It was part of a Pella Window installation. Pella went out of the skylight business about 20 years ago and would not work on either repairing or replacing the skylight. NSS Exteriors knew exactly what the problem was, when we explained it to them, came out to our townhouse and provided us a timely quote. Other skylight "specialists" wouldn't touch the project because of the fact the sky light sits in a box that requires drilling into the brickwork to install it. It was also situated on top of a fairly new Pella window which had been replaced several years before - Pella at that time told us they would not touch the skylight. There was a slight delay in getting the new skylight from the manufacturer due to COVID, but it was finally installed the week of Jan.10, 2021. The men worked well together, they were careful and respectful and were willing to listen to our concerns and make corrections where needed. Thank you for a job well-done!

The entire process from proposal to installation was flawless, and there were no surprises other than I am getting a tax rebate for installing a solar powered skylight!! Also, all of the individuals I was in contact with were professional and courteous. I highly recommend NSS Exteriors.

First big rain after installation and dry as a bone. Excellent service from the up front assessment to the tricky but thorough installation. This skylight was a replacement for the original which was installed by the builder who took some shortcuts that resulted in regular leaks with rain and snow melt. Really glad we went with a specialist. Very satisfied.

I needed a new Velux skylight. Travers came out with a folder in hand containing the Velux Skylight book and company informations. Very professional The estimate was reasonable (one company wanted 75% more) I signed the contract and went in to their store to pay and met the owner Paul. This is a real decent and honest company to do business. They ordered the skylight for me. When they set up the install date with me the workers came on time as promised. Did a professional job. Cleaned up the job site. And Travers came near the end of the job to see all was done right. And now I have a new skylight with a solar blind that is battery operated! No more leaks. I would hire them again.

The team was very professional and courteous. Trav was very responsive to all my questions and was very easy to work with. They even did a bit of additional work patching up a few places on my roof they noticed needed it and did not charge anything extra. Would definitely use them again.

We were under a deadline to get our leaking skylight replaced before closing on our house, and Trav was very efficient in coming out to quote and got it installed two days after the part arrived. It looks great and Trav is an excellent representative for this company. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Awesome job replacing three skylights. Marvin and Jack were professional and competent with the install, and Ashlee made the process of selecting the correct skylights, as well as providing several options a breeze.

Replaced older skylights one of which had an installation leak. Trav was prompt and fair with his estimate, offered great suggestions for new skylights and answered all questions. Installers were professional and courteous, did a thorough job, insured new installation would be leak-proof and kept the work area and home clean. Very satisfied.

I had them replace a skylight in my kitchen in the fall of 2018 and was ready to get a second one replaced in my bathroom. They are extremely responsive and professional. They coordinated with my roofer to be on site to not only install the new skylight but also monitor the work around the previously installed one to make sure nothing was damaged. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to install or replace a skylight.

Trav was creative and patient in designing new skylights to replace old, improperly installed skylights that had been leaking for years. I had solar skylights installed to replace my old broken venting ones! Well worth the extra money!!! They installed them quickly, cleanly & expertly. 4 or 5 years later, the battery went dead on the remote & I was unable to do it myself. They sent a guy out about an hour later to do it free of charge!!! Now that's what I call customer service!! Highly recommend! Great people to work with & stand behind their work & workmanship! Bravo!
