James Chapman came out and inspected my problem with my water service line, he put my mind at ease and gave me plenty of options for repairs. He also did not try to upsell me on services I didn't need. Zach White and his team of guys got out when they were scheduled and got the work done before I got home from work. I will definitely be going with Cardinal the next time I have an emergency I'm not prepared to handle myself.

My pressure builder on my water heater sprung leaks and sprayed all night leaving me an inch of water! Mess!! I called and got an appointment for the same day. James showed up on time, identified the issues and gave me my options. The cost was well below what I was expecting. All told he was in and done in less than an hour.

Gabe and James were very professional. I was impressed that the company texted me photos with names of the employees before they came out. They showed up a little earlier than the time slot given, which never happens with other companies, so I was able to get back to work at a decent time. I was given clear information throughout the process and was given several options to address my issues. I would definitely work with Cardinal Plumbing again.

Brendan was very friendly and helpful. Found the problem immediately and fixed it within minutes. I was contacted and kept informed of my order status every step of the way. Office people were also friendly and extremely efficient. I will use Cardinal for all my plumbing needs in future and will recommend them to anyone who asks. I would give 10 stars if I could.

He was forthcoming and gave a great detailed explanation to my sewer line break and how we are going to fix it at a reasonable price. After just having a disappointing interaction with a previous plumbing company, Cardinal was a welcome relief. I am so glad I called them.

Employee Brendan was very professional, very polite, very knowledgeable, and they were very reasonably priced. They showed up did their work and cleaned up what little mess they had. ( cleaned my drain from a clog. So of course expected a mess from the drain snake.) I would highly recommend. They notify you when the plumber is coming and send a picture of who is actually showing up to your house.

Austin was informative and gave me multiple
options. Very friendly and finished the job quickly. I would recommend them for all you future plumbing needs. Not to mention they were $1,000 lowers than the “other guys.”
