We had an emergency plumbing issue late at night and Narwhal Plumbing came out quickly and fixed everything the same day. It’s hard to find an honest emergency plumber in the Chicago area, but they were transparent about pricing and didn’t try to upsell anything. Definitely our go-to plumbing company now.

We are so incredibly pleased with Narwhal Plumbing. Scheduling was quick and efficient, text messages provided updates on arrival. Jacob was extremely professional, provided a detailed quote on the work to be accomplished with a full explanation as to what needed to be done. He stayed well past his end time, making sure to complete the job and not have to return to our home. It was a great experience to work with this company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Jakub came through when we really needed help. Late on a Saturday night, we found an issue that could have turned into a major leak. Narwhal was flexible, efficient, and sent the right guy to save the day!

Jacob and Narwhal Plumbing helped to install a hookup for our washer and dryer. We live in a (very) old condo complex, which presented some unique challenges that Jacob was able to tackle with ease.
