The technician was perfectly fine, however the in ability to connect with a person with questions about scheduling is why I will never use this service again.

Jorge is welcome to service my appliances whenever he likes! He has been here before, and was the first technician to notice that my water softener (which had been serviced several times before by other technicians) was missing a hose. On this latest visit, not only was he early, but he was able to assure me that the water softener was not leaking, and then discovered the real source of the leak! I've been having for months! He is efficient, observant, and considerate!

Terrible!!! The technician extended the four hour window of time by more than an hour then canceled via text within 10 minutes of the time he was supposed to be here! Very poor customer service and total disrespect for my time which he wasted for an entire half day! Do not schedule an appointment with them!

Mark was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He listened to my concerns, explained the problem and offered choices for additional services to save money. The repairs, new belt and blades plus a much needed tuneup were done quickly. The mower now runs as good as new. Thank you.

Excellent Service. The serviceman, did a great job and he was very personable and informative. He soaped the joints and dismantled some of the the oven checking for gas leaks everywhere. I liked his professionalism a lot.

I will give technication chuck, because he was very professional, but company sears charge me alot just takeout paeice of cloth from dryer then It was working fine it took him not even five minutes. I paid him $179. Can u imagine if something wrong they would asked me a lot more.
