By early morning, i already had an appointment for just a couple hours later! zachary came out and was so helpful. He worked quickly and made sure the furnace was running better than ever before he left. It only took about 45 minutes, and i could already feel the heat coming through stronger than it ever has since i moved in. i'll definitely recommend them and will use them again for any furnace needs.

Zachary and his team are truly outstanding! Over a span of approximately two decades, we've had two Trane furnaces installed by them, with the latest installation being quite recent. We experienced several issues with the old humidifier. However, Zachary was always ready to lend a helping hand and share his wisdom. With our latest furnace, they opted for a different style of humidifier, which has been hassle-free and notably more efficient up until now. Their understanding and proficiency with Trane equipment is simply awe-inspiring. These guys have always been mindful of cleanliness and orderliness during their visits to service our Trane furnace. They never tread on the carpet without laying down cloths and wearing shoe covers, which we greatly appreciate. After the installation of our new furnace, we encountered an issue with the new thermostat malfunctioning. This resulted in the auxiliary heat running non-stop for about a month, which led to an astronomical electricity bill. Upon informing Zachary about the situation, he promptly came over to take a look. To our surprise, we were later refunded the cost of our electricity bill. This unexpected gesture further solidified his integrity when it comes to customer relations. There's absolutely no pressure to keep spending with them. They provide you with the details and suggestions, but never put pressure on you to make a purchase. our home was becoming unbearably hot during the summer months, and we discovered that the previous contractor's hvac man did a subpar job during our renovation. Am and Pm Heating & Cooling earns another five stars from me. Zachary arrived punctually and carried out the yearly tune-up of our AC unit. He was highly professional. He explained every step he took to finish the service. He informed me that the AC unit's capacitor was becoming slightly inefficient and would require replacement soon. He also guided me on the best method to clean the AC filter.

i reached out to a furnace repair company about problems with our ac. roger, their technician, showed up and i explained to him that the unit would run continuously, sometimes without cooling. he immediately inspected the indoor unit and discovered that the condensation drain line leading to the outside was blocked. while unclogging the drain line, he also cleaned the coils, the drain pan, and the interior of the unit. he then inspected the outdoor unit, confirming that all freon and pressures were satisfactory. he noticed some wiring issues, which he promptly fixed. roger is extremely diligent and professional in his work. this company has been installing and servicing our units (we have three of them) for the past 18 years, which speaks volumes about their service.

If I could, I'd give them 10 stars! We made the switch to them about three years ago after receiving unsatisfactory service from another HVAC company. They've been maintaining our old furnace and have also installed a new one in our additional space. Note that we aren't always living full time in Aurora. During a recent chill of -20F, our Nest thermostat alerted us at 6:20 am that the temperature had fallen significantly below our desired setting. I dialed their number and was promptly connected to their after-hours service. I explained our situation (we weren't in Aurora and needed immediate assistance), and they assured me that help would be on the way soon. Within half an hour, Dale had called back and confirmed he would reach the office in an hour. In the meantime, Zachary picked up the call and told Roger to prioritize our issue. Just after 8 am, around 90 minutes after our initial call, Roger arrived at our place. He noticed exhaust coming from both our chimneys, entered our house, and found a door wide open. He promptly closed the door and inspected both furnaces, which were functioning as they should. He did discover a thin layer of ice in the closest toilet bowl, and the water line was partially frozen (it wouldn't refill, but thankfully no pipe had burst). Other than that, everything else was fine. Thanks to their quick understanding of the issue and swift response (and the alert from our Nest thermostat which notified my sister in IL and me in CO), we were spared from potentially expensive repairs. Recently, roger and zachary from Am and Pm Heating & Cooling installed a couple of new furnace units in our attic, along with two heat pump condenser units. Despite facing a heavy snowfall on the first day, they managed to carry on with the work. They returned the following day to install the second furnace and once the weather cleared up, they came back to set up the condensers. Every time, the crew was professional, neat, and polite. They were very considerate towards our home, children, and pet dog when they were around. A really friendly team. The initial consultation and quotation process was excellently handled by camden and his team. They also guided us through the process of the Aurora Heating Loan. I'd recommend their furnace repair services every single time, without a doubt. They scored a perfect 10 out of 10 in my book.
