Memorial Day weekend Sunday AM our A/C took a dive. Everyone I called said they could be here by Tuesday earliest. I called Dave and he asked if he was there in 45 min would that be OK? He came by and fixed our issue in 35 minutes and was on his way. I expected to take a big hit as it was a holiday weekend and his price was incredibly fair. Needless to say he’s our new heating and cooling guy hands down. Fair and honest!!

Every time I've call Dave, the owner, shows up promptly does great work and has the best prices I've found. I've had him do my water heater, furnace, and now the AC. I've been more than satisfied every time.

David was WONDERFUL! He was so kind, quick, reliable, and respectful! My heat went out and he was there at exactly the time I requested.
Then, he diagnosed the problem and discussed options with me. After I decided which way was best for me he came back the next day after finishing some work on my motor.
I highly recommend him!

Our A/C went out and Dave showed up on short notice and got it up and running quickly. Super honest and friendly guy. Price was very affordable and he will get all of our future HVAC business. If you have HVAC problems, do yourself a favor and call Dave.

As a first time home owner back in 2003, I knew little to nothing about how to take care of the furnace or air conditioner. The home was new and I figured, everything in it should just work. Laugh! You do need to service things. When it was time, I called a few people to come out and either they were too pricey or trying to sale me things like a new heater or air conditioner way before it was time. I finally got David Cerri, owner of American Heating and Cooling Specialists and have used him since that time. Not only did he teach me how to service and take care of the furnace and air conditioner, he never overcharged me, was always available, even late cold evenings when the old air furnace coil went out. When it was time, I got a new furnace in 2013 and new air conditioner in 2014. Dave installed both. He is very flexible and easy to do business with. Its been 12 years of very good, reliable, reasonable, and trustworthy service.

I’d highly recommend American Heating and Cooling. My 20 year old a/c unit was running very poorly and couldn’t cool my house. I thought I’d have to spend the money to have it replaced, but Dave was able to fix it much cheaper than expected and now it’s blowing ice cold air again. Dave provided great service and was able to get some more life out of my unit before needing to replace it. All around a great experience with this company.

Dave was very knowledgeable and honest. I just got my new humidifier installed today and he did a wonderful job at a reasonable price! Would definitely hire him again for my next job!

Our furnace stopped working on Sunday night (coldest night so far this year). We called a little after 9pm and Dave was at our house a little after 10pm. He got the heat working for the night and came out the next morning and replaced the faulty part. Excellent work and friendly service.

Great experience after 3 awful ones with a different company (that was provided by our home warranty company HWA which i hope nobody does every business with). Dave came out in a timely manner and was very efficient in providing the service that was needed. Pricing was also very fair. He seems like a caring individual who wants to do the . right thing. I would highly recommend Dave!!

I first contacted American Heating and met David back on December 24th 2007 at 9pm during a subzero snow event and my heat was out. David came out and got my furnace up and running to get us through the next few days before having to replace my furnace. He was at least 1/2 the cost of anyone near by. Again in June I was in need of a AC unit and David was the only one I would call on. I have sent many a friends and family to him and all have been very happy. I wish there were more honest respectable businesses like American Heating and Cooling!!

Dave answered my call and I scheduled within 2 days. He was prompt and quickly recharged my A/C. He was informative and easy to talk to. I especially liked his very reasonable costs on his services and supplies. Would recommend and would use again.

I have worked with Dave several times over the past couple years. He is always on time, stands behind his work and cleans up after himself. Most importantly, he is reliable and always comes in with the best price! I would recommend him to anyone.

Great and reliable service. Was able to come and fix my furnace motor within the same day of my initial call. Personable and funny guy. Well priced and extremely knowledgeable. Was a huge life safer to get my AC back up and running during hot humid weather. Will definitely call again for any future HVAC problems.

Called American Heating & Cooling and spoke to Dave on the phone about replacing a capacitor on my AC unit. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and up front with cost. I advised him what another company quoted me and immediately said i was getting over charged and would do it for 1/4 the cost. I called him late on Friday and he advised he would not be able to come out until Saturday; as it was not something i needed fixed immediately. He arrived today at the time he said he would, fixed the issue and i paid him. I would recommend American Heating & Cooling to anyone that wants your issue fixed right and at an honest cost. I will be using them again for any future problems. A++++ on service and cost!

What a great experience I had today (Sunday) with American Heating! He said he would be out within the hour and he showed about 20 minutes later, he was very professional, and gave me tips and suggestions on my heating unit. He showed and gave me the part that was the issue. Great pricing especially for the weekend I expected to really pay and that was not the case. I took his card and he will be the only one I call when i need Heating and AC services. Awesome experience!

We are newer to this area and needed someone to inspect / clean our furnace before winter set in. I did a Google search and found Dave at American Heating and Cooling. Dave answered my call right away and since he was in our area, he stopped by to take care of our needs straight away! Dave not only cleaned and inspected our approximately 14 year old furnace, but he provided us with excellent information on how to better care for it! We are thankful we found you, Dave!!

Professional serviceman, Dave, has responded and solved an emergency furnace issue in very cold weather. Dave then later successfully installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in our home.
My 5 star rating pertains to all aspects of Dave's business, which include quality of installation and products used, promptness and communication concerning appointments and attention to detail on the job.

Our furnace went out on a very cold Sunday afternoon. I was super worried and started looking for a local HVAC company. I saw American Heating and Cooling, and read the reviews on them, which were terrific. I called around 1 PM and Dave showed up few minutes later and solved the problem. I would definitely recommend Dave and his company as they are reliable, and reasonably priced.

We had an old furnace and air conditioner that another company told us needed to be replaced. We checked with a few companies to get quotes. Dave was the only one that wasn't just looking to sell as much as possible. When he checked the furnace he said that it still had years of use left in it and didn't need to be replace. He did recommend replacing the AC which we did. He was scheduled to come out and replace the AC unit, but it turned out to be one of the hottest days of the summer. The weather was going to break the next day, so he called the day before and asked if we might want to move the install date until the following day when it was going to be cooler, so we wouldn't have a nasty day without AC. It was great that he thought about our comfort. When he did the work it was done quickly and very professional. Great company to work with. I would highly recommend.

Our furnace igniter went out late in the evening on a very cold night. We called Dave at American Heating and Cooling Specialists and he set us up with an emergency appointment first thing the next morning. He arrived right on time and was able to fix our furnace quickly. He was very knowledgable and friendly! The price of the part and the labor (for an emergency appointment) was very reasonable!! I would highly recommend using this company. We will definitely be using them for our future heating and cooling needs! Thanks, Dave!!
