Very impressed with the patio done at my home. They helped solve my issue of water going into my basement as well. I've used Jose's crew multiple times and he goes above and beyond each time. He also has a great designer he works with to do complex jobs. Aplus is my go to landscaper and I will continue to contract jobs through them.

I bought a 15 x 30 oval pool from the Great Escape. They installed my pool to perfection. Showed up on time and left no mess. I had questions about the backfill because I put pool semi-inground. Jerry the lead on the job gave me a quote and had the job done the next day! Great work!

Jose trenched pvc pipe from sump pump to front yard. They did the final grade and they also installed sod throughout the yard of our newly built home. He was very prompt and made us feel at ease. He reassured us we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. You can tell the quality of work they provide is unmatched. You can definitely tell why so many people recommend them. We are extremely happy with the quality of work A+AJ Landscaping provided. At first we were a little apprehensive. We invested thousands of dollars 10 years ago with a different landscaper, whose overall quality of work was totally unacceptable.

After speaking with Jose, he provided several options. He reassured us we did not have to worry about the quality of their work because he stands by and takes pride in his name and reputation. A+AJ Landscaping far exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with the worked performed by his team. Meeting Jose was a delightful experience. His extensive knowledge, vast experience, and impressive portfolio left a lasting impression. We immediately delved into the issues with our patio, and he patiently listened and addressed our concerns. His recommendations were solid, and the quote he provided was more than fair. What's more, his observations were in line with a recent home inspection, further demonstrating his expertise.

Jose's team surpassed our expectations, going the extra mile to install new steps and repair a portion of our patio. They professionally addressed and fixed issues identified in our home inspection, such as damaged wood trim and water pooling. The end result was outstanding, with the stairs and the repaired portion of the patio looking excellent.

While our experience was largely positive, there were a few areas where we felt the service could improve. It would have been beneficial to receive a few more quotes and discuss more options from the beginning. We found ourselves focusing too much on the size and cost of the steps, rather than considering a rebuild. This is a valuable insight that could enhance the service for future customers.

Also, communication was rocky. After our second appointment, the staff went dark for a while, but that was not intentional, as it was mainly weather-related (too much rain). Scheduling could have been more specific; we did not know what day the work would start and what to expect the day of. Thankfully, we were available and present the day they showed up to work.

The pricing for the stair install, patio repair (portion), and landscaping was not only fair but also a testament to the service provider's respect for their customers. The work quality was exceptional, surpassing industry standards. The meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident, making us feel truly valued as customers.

What truly sets this service apart is the attention to detail and the unique design choices. The team's work was exceptional, particularly in the aesthetic aspects such as the design and colors. The incorporation of the original bricks in the design of the new step was a testament to their craftsmanship and added a unique touch to the project.

Like all projects, certain parts could have flowed smoother, but overall, we are delighted with the project.

Right now we got a quote and a tentative start of work (2 weeks), but so far communication of letting me know how this is going and if we were on track (this is the 2nd week) to start has been quiet. I will of course change the review if the work is done and I can then comment on it, but calls to the office promising calls back did not happen and radio silence as of now.

Came out for a quote and to schedule an appointment. On appointment day, no one showed up. When we called, they raised the quoted price and told us they couldn’t come the appointment. Would NOT recommend. Do not use for any important job.

After coming to my house to look at my lawn to have edging, mulching, and some top soil spread it has been downhill since then. I had to contact them multiple times for the estimate. Then ask them after the price when they were going to do it. Never gave me a confirmed date. Then contacted them again for a date and they have gone silent. I shouldn't as a potential customer have to pry out of a company an estimate, time frame, or date for the project. I gave up and moved on. I recommend finding someone else do not use this company.
