They are out an outstanding company that strives to make the customer happy (which they did for me). The work they did was spot on. I could not find a single issue, and I'm generally very particular. They know they're trade and are professional. Cleanup was impressive (not a scrap left anywhere). From the company owner (Aaron), to the office staff, to the installation crews, they were a pleasure to work with. As I read my review, it sounds so positive that someone may think it's planted (not real). That's not the case! This is a real review from a real customer who is very happy with the results, and again, highly recommends this outstanding company!

We have used Global Exterior for two separate jobs. Global replaced the roof, siding, soffit, fascia and gutters on our home and the venting for our laundry room. They also replaced the roof on our parents' house. On both occasions, they helped us navigate the insurance claims. The jobs met our high expectations and we are pleased with the final work. I would use Global again for other jobs in the future.

We had major work done and Global so far has not disappointed us on repairs of our home. Besides the repairs listed they also have replaced all the siding on our home and I also asked them to replace all of the siding that touches the ground up to 4ft high with brick. The craftsmanship and the way the brick layer built the overlay is absolutely beautiful and they also made sure the areas where the brick replaced the siding was well sealed at the foundation to prevent water seepage. I can't wait until my next project which will be a deck extension, new flooring in my garage and a new vaulted roof for the garage. Now the prices aren't cheap but neither is their work. They are affordable and have financing available, this is our home. We are totally satisfied and will undoubtedly use Global for our future projects. Here is just one photo.

From start to finish it was a great experience. All of the women from the office were wonderful and made sure I was informed throughout the process. Victor was very thorough with his initial inspection of my roof. He took numerous pictures and made markings of the roof damage to point out to my insurance company. They helped me file the insurance claim and walked with the insurance adjuster. I had a roof damage claim denied in the past and I was so grateful that they could assist. The whole process with them was so uncomplicated. I am very happy with my new roof and gutters.

Juan was a true professional. When he arrived for an estimate I explained to him what I needed done. He thoroughly looked and took pictures of the job area. He explained what needed to be done and asked me if I had any questions I said no, that he had provided me with all the information i needed. Quote was sent which i approved. Juan and his team arrived on time, they prepared the area where they were going to work by covering all floors. He than explained again what work will be done. He didn't hesitate to ask me if I had any concerns or for my input. Which I liked because the customer needs to be satisfied with all the work. Global Exteriors were great I had a really bad roof that needed to be replaced. I was quoted the roof and they also found more issues with my attic. My house was built in the 1940's so it really needed alot of repairs. I procrastinated as long as I could but my roof and Attic need it badly. It took global a few days to complete the job because my roof had rotting wood and poor structure. When they finished I was very pleased with the work that was done and all the issues they found were corrected. Thank you

I was referred to this company by a neighbor who recently had their roof and siding replaced. I was able to watch the work being performed and was amazed at how fast and professional the crew of 15 completed the job. That convinced me that this was the company I would use to replace my roof. At 7:30am, as promised, a crew of 12 showed up ready to work. Congrats to management for making sure each and everyone of the work crew and office staff are trained properly in their capacity. I friend of mine referred me to this company when we talked about
having my roof replaced.
Victor was the person that came in to give me a quote and inspected
the work that needed to be done, a very knowledgeable person
and easy to talk to.
He pointed out the areas the needed attention and recommended
Installing a new vent system due to lack of air circulation in the roof.
He was very detailed explaining how the job was going to be done.
They came in and replaced the entire roof and installed the new vent
system in one day.
Victor was here overseeing the crew when they were working,
once they were done you couldn’t tell they were here, everything
around the house was cleaned.
Their management people are also great, they will keep you up
to date throughout the whole project, really good communication.
I would definitively recommend them.

Worked with Aaron & team through Global Exterior Experts and had a great experience. He was a preferred roofer through my insurance and took care of all the work. Simply pay your deductible and the rest is covered for my situation. Will work with a variety of insurance. Owens Corning Duration shingles with all Owens Corning products for a seamless build. 10 year warranty on the craftsmanship, 50 years on the shingles. Cleaned up same day like it never even happened, moved patio furniture, tarped and protected everything. Couldn’t really ask for anything more.

I’m grateful this project is now complete and we have a secure roof over our heads for years to come. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Give them a call, they are good people doing good work.

I randomly found the company when doing research for a contractor to replace our shingle and flat roofs. This company is by far the most customer-centered home improvement company I have ever worked with. They helped manage our insurance claim, had exemplary communication, and their crew was professional and some of the hardest working men and women I have ever seen. The work was so noticeable that I had multiple neighbors speak positively about the crew and the work that was being done. From first introduction throughout the entire project, this was by far the best home repair experience I have had.

I had a fantastic experience with Global Exterior Experts to take care of a recent roof repair. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The initial call I got to talk to a human that actually understands roofing. Josh was out the next day to review the roof. They provided a clear and detailed estimate, communicated every step of the process, and completed the job on time and within budget.

The crew was punctual, respectful of my property, and kept everything clean throughout the project. Most importantly, the quality of the work was top-notch—our roof looks great and has held up perfectly since the repair.

Called them for a roof inspection after the big wind storm a couple of weeks ago. The inspection person took time to explain and perform through inspection and let me know that he did not see any other damage beyond a few folded/creased shingles. Their team stopped by a couple of days later and replaced those. Fair price, accurate inspection and timely service. Will use them again.
