Kurt and Cindy of ServPro Elgin/NW Kane (AND ALSO) Aurora were able to service my northern Yorkvile condo. Kurt -- their production manager--was extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and reassuring of all my concerns both before, during, and after. Any and all "punchlist" items that needed follow-up from the initial service were addressed IMMEDIATELY the next day, which was so appreciated to ensure refraining from a piecemeal approach to avoid allowing any mold to further respawn. My job was involved because it was not related to a specific water loss but mold all over/humidity event, so their proposal and fair price was appreciated. It was almost more like a full fiberglass washdown. Thank you Kurt & ServPro for customizing for my needs.

Had a strange musty smell coming from my 1st floor. Turned out to be sewage backed up in the crawl space. I have a large 1900+ basement/1st floor with only a 1 foot crawlspace. From the first time Servpro of Aurora showed up they were extremely professional, got all the water and sewage pumped out. The damaged section of the basement encapsulation membrane was also removed with zero residue left behind. They also brought in air scrubbers and high end air drying machines for the crawl space Super clean work, on time, responsive and highly professional. Estefany Sanchez, the Servpro Crew Chief made sure everything was done with zero issues and was in constant contact with me to reassure me everything would be taken care of. Thank you Estefany.

These guys saved me!!!! They fixed my basement in NJ after giant storm and major sewage back up in my basement. It was awful but they responded quickly and they worked so hard! I appreciate all their effort and although my basement had to be gutted, it is now clean, safe and odor free! I highly recommend Servpro!

If you've ever had water damage in your home then you know the stress that comes along with it. That is until we had the pleasure of having Servpro of Aurora truly make our kitchen look like new. I think they have a similar slogan. It was so nice to have their team in my home. Our problem became their problem and they made us feel like we were in the best hands from the moment we contacted them. Due to the local flooding, my basement was filled with water. But thanks to Servpro of Aurora, they were proactive and quick to immediately fix my water damage. They went over all the steps that they were taking and respected me and my property when working. Thanks to ServPro back to working order.
