WOW, Brian Olson what amazing service you gave our family. Our Mya (dog) came down with a major illness. I made a phone call to Brian. He stopped everything he was doing, pick up a truck and came out to our home in Campton Hills. I showed him our concerns and mentioned we were hosting a dinner party that evening. He went to work cleaning rugs, runners and even our marble floor. Even took one of our area rugs back to the shop for more intense cleaning. WOW, WOW, WOW you saved the dinner party and exceeded our expectations! Thanks for an amazing job Brian!

Brian and his crew at Spectrum Restoration were outstanding! My white grout looks BRAND NEW!!! Not only did they do a fantastic job, you can't even tell they stepped a foot here. I would recommend them for tile and grout cleaning in a heart beat.
