Lincoln is a very professional, courteous, smart technician and I would recommend Cornerstone Appliances. They always have the best interest of the customer in mind.

Professional and competent technician, Bob, and the office support (didn't catch her name) was very professional and knowledgeable as well. Whenever I would leave a phone message, someone would get back to me within 10 mins. Fair and trustworthy company, from my experience.

Called them for our washer that was leaking and had them out that same day. The tech found the problem right away (loose hose in unit), tightened it up and we were good to go. The thing that stuck out was the technician was very personable and helped my wife carry our fake Christmas tree into the basement for storage. He wasn't asked to, just volunteered since he saw her putting away the other decorations. Thanks again for going beyond the appliance repair.

Just had Cornerstone out for my range this time. My refrigerator went out a few days before Thanksgiving but was an easy fix, had part on truck. Different guy showed up for my range but was just as helpful and polite. I'll definitely use these guys again, but hopefully not too soon!

Cornerstone was easy to schedule an appointment for repair online and followed up right away the next morning with a confirmed appointment. The repair man walked me through what was wrong and even showed me some maintenance tips on my dryer. He was professional, on time and reasonably priced! Not only will I use them again, I will recommend them to everyone.

Response was quick, Bob the repairman came in quickly took the door of the front of the fridge and looked at the back, diagnosed the problem was the compressor, advised they could not repair, recommended another company, Aldo, which had horrible reviews, then charged $72 for which we found out from another company not Aldo was wrong. So for 15 minutes in and out, and misdiagnosis of the problem and a $72 charge, Stay away from Cornerstone Appliance Service, Inc unless you want to get scammed.

It’s not unethical to charge for an appt. What is unethical is to make no mention of this when we call to book, have tech come in and immediately recommend not working with Cornerstone because the fridge is 10 years old. Took it apart, the back panel, and reiterated he could charge us $200-$300 to replace a generic panel, but not gonna last. Then charged $150 to my wife, as I had left.
Not wrong to charge for appt. Not wrong to build business on charging for driving to someone’s house to tell us your fridge is over 10 yrs, but if your revenue is primarily on charging for appointments, and your at the point where your reps are driving over just to tell us you can’t or shouldn’t do it, I’d be very sure my call center and service reps are informing that your charging, and what your charging.
He did not even give us an estimate. I’m really scratching my head here. I called and talked to Randy. Randy says “it’s your job to ask if we’re going to be charged for visit, and it’s our fault. And we didn’t get an estimate, but he says he is looking at it and somehow comes up with $571, not including cost of call. We hang up in disagreement, calls back and leaves a voicemail you wouldn’t believe. See his VM transcribed! Edited profanity in case google flags it.
You own a business and can even help calling 2 seconds later and screaming into my voicemail box and recording it for all to see. You refuse to understand it’s not about charging, it’s about preparing your customers. And then acting like I’m crazy for being concerned. How do I even know the fridge is unfixable, because I paid you to refuse to fix it.
