Hey Michelle, so your guys did such a great job on 1537-101 that I'm going to go with your full estimate/work for 1631-105. I usually go with my other carpet vendor when stretching, cutting seams and patches but after seeing how great 1537-101 came out I'm going with you lol. Thanks again Michelle have a great day

Best Carpet Cleaner around. Very professional and do a great job for a reasonable price. They give free estimates. Other companies give a low ball price and then show up with extra charges.

So very pleased (again) with the results of Custom Group's cleaning of my carpets. They managed to get out the spaghetti sauce and red wine stains in the dining room! The high traffic areas look like new. I always appreciate their promptness and professionalism.

My company has been working with them for years and there is a reason for this...they are amazing at what they do and reasonably priced! We have had carpets cleaned along with deodorizer for pets, patch work to replace carpet and hard surface cleans for cooking odors on the cabinets and counters. Our apartments are like brand new & smell fantastic after Custom has been in to do their magic!

From the very first call, Michelle's friendliness, professionalism, and kindness shone through. She thoroughly explained the entire process and promptly arranged for a technician to come out.

The technicians were courteous, clean, and genuinely caring. Tevin, in particular, was outstanding to work with; he provided clear explanations of the quote and job details throughout the entire process.
