Matthew’s Plumbing have done excellent work in meeting all our plumbing needs that I even referred them to my elderly mother’s house, which is an older home, to replace a bathroom sink. He did the work professionally and advised her the possible unforeseen problems & costs associated with an older home before doing additional work to the aging home’s pipes.

Matthew was punctual, urgent, polite, and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem the night before Christmas Eve and was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Our cast iron sewer pipe cracked and had roots in it. Matt came out and quickly gave us an estimate. Had great communication, was courteous and very thorough.

He worked with our situation. He also went above and beyond in making sure our needs were met and no damage was done to our property while he excavated to get to the damaged pipe.

I have had Matt to my house on two occasions. Once to fix my DIY mistake, which he was very kind about even though my mistake was stupid. The second time was to diagnose and repair a leak in my shower. Both times he was thorough, careful, and an easy guest to have in the house. He spent extra time finding my leak and fixing it. His rates were super reasonable. I'm having him back this week to run gas to my fireplace.

Matthew answered his phone, communicated clearly, explained what he was going to do, provided a written estimate, answered my questions, and then did what he said he would do. The work was done professionally, and he cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call him if I need any more help.

Can not say enough about Matthew. Had a sump pump that was going out and I called him late in the evening. Stopped everything and came right over himself. Was in and out in under an hour and replaced the old sump pump. Even checked the backup for any issues and tested the battery. Very knowledgeable. No corners cut and very clean and thorough. Treats your house as if it were his own. A+ and would use again without hesitation.

I contacted Matthews plumbing service for a new toilet installation. The job was Completed fast and neatly. I mentioned a problem I had with a basement drain no other plumbing service in the area of Geneva Illinois was able to repair correctly. Matthews plumbing service came in at a better price repaired the sewer line and I never had problems again! I would highly recommend Matthews plumbing service.

This guy was great! Came to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. He texted before he came, showed up exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes, and fixed it quickly. He even inspected the rest of our sink and saw our disposal was about to come unclipped and fixed it. Very thorough, professional nice guy! You never want to have to call a plumber, but if we ever have to again, he’s our guy!
