Erick did a great job determining what was wrong with the air conditioner that had iced up. He defrosted it and checked the outside unit to get everything running properly. We have called for maintenance from other technicians but Erick from Air Choice got the AC working perfectly on his first visit.

Kaiden was prompt and provided a very thorough inspection and assessment. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the company’s text reminder of his arrival and the photo that was provided, so I knew exactly who would be arriving. Kaiden also wore shoe covers-a courtesy that is underutilized by other companies I’ve encountered. Thanks Kaiden!

These guys are fantastic. Both Carlos and Roman had excellent customer service and were extremely knowledgeable. They always find a way to get me an appointment quickly and they show up right on time. We will always use them for anything HVAC related. Highly recommend!!!

Today I received a service at my house for my heating from Air Choice Heating & Cooling and the service was done by a young man with a lot of experience for his age and very friendly and very responsible and noble and most importantly, he knows what he does. I had an issue with my AC which I googled ahead of time and discovered the capacitor was part of the problem. Kaiden arrived within time frame given. I explained what I knew. And with that he quickly got to work. He did a thorough check indoors as well as out. Switched out all of the old stuff, refilled what needed filling and about 70 minutes later he was done. I am so pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and patience to explain everything. Way to go Kaiden!

This was a great experience. My call to request service was answered quickly and the technician (Carlos) arrived when I was told to expect him. He was very professional and personable. My furnace had stopped working and Carlos explained the problem, discussed the cost to repair it, and had the furnace repaired and running quickly.

I highly recommend Air Choice Heating and Cooling, p and I will be using their maintenance services for both my furnace and air conditioning system going forward.

They came right away and did a great job.

Had an emergency failure of the AC during this heat wave. Called when I got home Sunday night, and within a half hour, Air Choice arrived. They were able to repair with an item that did not match exactly what we needed. But it was enough that my family remained cool all night. The next day, they returned and were able to replace the appropriate part. Air Choice continues to provide exceptional service while being polite, honest, and professional. Integrity at its best. Thanks again. Will definately tell others.

Our furnace needed service, and we had Air Choice Heating and Cooling come out. They were very helpful and sent out someone right away. Our Technician Carlos texted me with his picture and to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived listened to what had been happening and quickly fixed the problem. He was very professional and friendly, I definitely recommend Air Choice Heating and Cooling.

Air Choice was introduced to us through a home warranty company when our high efficiency furnace failed at the beginning of the season. I looked at their reviews which gave me a comfortable feeling. This 5-star review starts with the communication with their office about scheduling and updates. Their customer service was excellent, as we were even contacted after business hours. As noted in many other reviews, Carlos is excellent (5+stars). He evaluated our furnace, explained in detail about the problem (showed me and explained about the flame pattern) and his concerns and answered in detail all of my questions. I immediately felt comfortable talking with him, as I always have many questions and follow up questions, which he answered in detail. I never felt rushed as if he needed to be somewhere else. Even though our furnace needed to be replaced, he was able to get our old furnace to work until the new one arrived. Carlos and team removed the old furnace, installed the new one and explained the operation and work completed. We will be calling Air Choice for both heating and AC preventative maintenance in the future. We Highly Recommend and Thank Air Choice for their help and service.
