The company is fantastic and has serviced our heating and cooling needs for almost 20 years! Bob visited recently and is very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work and our understanding of the systems he serviced. Many other members of the team have been to our home and they all were superb! We ended highly recommend their services!

State Automatic is an honest family business. Their integrity is second to none. The recent installation of a new furnace and water heater was excellent. I trust them for my HVAC services.

Our technician Jose was very professional and nice! He was extremely knowledgeable and fixed our furnace, now it runs perfectly! We called with a problem in the morning and furnace was repaired the same day. I will definitely use and recommend State Automatic in the future.

The folks at State Automatic have been part of our family since 2006 when we had our house built. Through the years they have been highly responsive and super helpful. Recently, we decided to upgrade our furnace and AC. Bob and Anne explained everything. Dave, Johnny, and Mike did a GREAT job. High quality work, effective cleanup, and answered every question I had. I've used State Automatic for many years for yearly maintenance on my furnaces and air conditioners. They schedule appointments quickly, arrive on-time, and have friendly and helpful service people. When I had a problem with my furnace, they came out immediately to ensure the heat came back on right away. They also helped me with a problem I was having with an oven vent that nobody else could figure out. This family owned and operated business is great at what they do and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I use the for my home and commercial building. On time, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond in an emergency.

State Automatic is our go-to provider of HVAC services, and we have used them extensively in the remodel of a house we purchased with an extensive infrastructure. We’ve had two AC units replaced, two furnaces replaced, and an AC mini split installed in our garage and we wouldn’t even consider calling anyone but state automatic. They make your problems a priority. I’ve never had to wait longer than 2 days for someone to come over and help fix and issue and I’ve never been oversold on something we didn’t need. I purchased a new high efficacy heat pump/gas furnace from State Automatic. Bob was very helpful throughout the selection process/purchase. The installation crew was professional and did a great job removing the old furnace and installing the new equipment. They laid down tarps all the way down to the basement utility room to keep the floors clean. When they were finished all old parts and dirt was cleaned up throughout the job site. Will explained to me about using the new programmable thermostat and spent time answering my questions. The next day Jim the owner called and we talked about the operation of the heat pump. Overall I was very pleased with the experience that I had with the team at State Automatic. This winter I plan on using the heat pump to heat my house with electricity from my solar system, I am hoping to save money on natural gas.

So far we are extremely pleased with the new heat pump as an air conditioner. The unit outside is very quiet. When the unit is cooling the house we hardly hear the fan and we run the fan continuously on low. I don’t hear it at all on low. I would highly recommend State Automatic when purchasing your next furnace.
