Justin & Nick came and took care of everything! We had a sump pump fail, which resulted in flooding, and loss of water heater usage - they replaced and repaired everything quickly, politely, professionally, and thoroughly - all was in working order when they left. I'm a FAN!

I contacted these guys on the recommendation of my plumber who had come out to investigate a stopped main line and declared my septic tank full. Ugh. Anyone on septic knows this is a bit of a problem. By this time it's after hours so I know I've got a problem in terms of getting anyone out ASAP.

So, I call these folks. Someone, to my surprise, actually picks up. She tells me they are at low-tide in terms of available time/personnel for a couple of reasons. First, it has been raining nonstop for days and a lot of people are having problems. Second, and more importantly, someone in the company has gone to Las Vegas to get married and has taken everyone with them, so they're as full as my septic tank.

I beg, I plead, I sound as pathetic as I possibly can. She battles mightily, but eventually she relents and puts me on the schedule for the next day.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Now I could cut this right here, post my 5 stars and walk, but this is not the end of the good deeds done by these folks.

Next day rolls around and we get a call. The crew is running late, but they're coming. They're booked, they're tired, it's 6 PM, but they're on their way.

About 7 or so 'they' roll up. "They" is a single, exhausted guy. He's clearly exhausted, so I offer some coffee, food if he wants it, and heartfelt thanks for not bailing on me.

He goes about his work, and despite his long day and the late hour, he keeps his good graces, is conversational, friendly, explains what he's doing, goes about getting it done, thanks me and is on his way.

Now I guess some people will say "well, big deal, he's just doing his job" While that's true to some degree, try pumping out septic tanks for 12-14 hours and keeping on a smile on YOUR face when it's 8PM, you're away from your family, dead on your feet and going on to yet another job after this stop. Seriously, the guy was a damn Trojan.

Bottom line, everyone here hooked me up. They didn't have to take the job and they did. They didn't have to come out and work until after dark to get it done and they did.
