Just had our second of two hot water heaters replaced by River City plumbing in the past 5 months. We had just as good an experience with River City and Jesse Martines as we did last time. Excellent quality work along with some good tips from Jesse on how to extend the life of our units. We would definitely use River City again and highly recommend them.

Good communication, they booked me for a next day service, but told me if something opens up they will call me and come that same day. Sure enough they were able to come out the same day and replace a failing water heater. Great service, and reasonably priced. Thanks!

I love this company. We had an emergency as our only toilet in the house was broken. Had a great experience with Jeremy and he educated us about the water supply in our house. I will continue to use this company.

Karl and Christian were outstanding. Replaced a very old hot water heater. Total professionals, went above and beyond. Even checked back later to make sure we had hot water.

I had a basement restoration under way and needed a plumber asap given a leak. It was at the end of the day. River City came through and fixed the problem. Chris was very friendly and helpful.

Time and time again, River City plumbing has always come to our rescue. This time it's water pressure in our shower. Diagnosed and solved the problem as always, at a fair price. They were on time and very courteous, explained everything, how to prevent it from happening again and went through our whole plumbing system with me and gave me pointers on how to maintain it and when to know if there's something wrong. Always five star service from River City.

Great company would recommend. Water heater broke down past the point of repair and needed to be replaced. Service and crews came right away, replaced the heater and a faulty valve. Did a great job and were very neat, clean, and respectful.

I do appreciate the amount of work the employyes are putting. However, I found it a little alarming when a gentleman by the name of Karl said questionable and unprofessional comments regarding race. (These 5 starts are for your employees keep up the magnificent work gentlemen).

Came home from vacation to find a bubble of water in my wall. Pipe behind the shower valves was leaking from a 2nd floor shower. River City Plumbing took care of it pretty quickly and easily. I'd use them again.

I am so glad that I did!
I almost signed a financial plan for almost $20,000 for plumbing work to be done in my home (because the previous plumbing company told me that my pipes were corroded and they had to actually excavate in my front yard or I would have flooding in my basement all the time).
I thank goodness I did not sign that agreement to finance the $20,000!

My pipes are actually in good condition! I actually stood with the young man from River City plumbing to look through his camera as he looked through all of my pipes. it cost me $340 to have the guy come out to get a second opinion, and I'm so GLAD I did it!
I will never be calling out any other plumbing company other than River City Plumbing in Batavia.!
The young man (Jake) also went through other water sources in my house and checked to make sure that everything else was running smoothly.
He was very polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST!

I am remodeling my sons shower/bathroom. Originally, very small corner shower converted to a standard 60 inch walk in. To do this I had to take over space in the closet in the adjacent room. Break through a wall, move power, build new walls, replace subfloor, the list is long. I am so pleased with the work, craftsmanship, and professionalism of Rivercity. Rivercity plumbing plumbed a shower head, two body sprays, moved the air stack, new toilet water supply line and shut off, and moved a shower drain in two visits. Great people to work with. I highly recommend.

River City went above and beyond to help me communicate to the city about a broken sewer line that they uncovered to my home during a routine repair in my home. They waited at my home to speak directly to the city representative and did further diagnostic work, outside of the original job to provide me with the most information possible. This included tracing the break to it's location in my yard and providing the coordinates to the city representative! I recommend River City Plumbing to all my friends and family for their commitment to service!

Jake was awesome and expertly completed the job. Installed a new RO system and garbage disposal for us under our sink. Highly recommend.

I have used River City Plumbing many times. Fixing water supply lines for a bathroom remodel, adjusting a gas line for a new stove and installing new water heater and water softner. They do excellent, clean work at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Your two techs were on time. They assessed the problem with my toliet and installed all the necessary parts that need to be replaced . I was very happy with the service and they spent the time with me and went over the diagnostic and answered all my questions . When it came to pricing they were very accommodating.
