I highly recommend McCullough’s. Jen was very helpful in helping me find someone to repair my ripped up carpet. Mike Mitan did a fantastic job! He is a perfectionist & it shows in his work.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by this company and they did absolutely amazing. There was an old Koolaid stain that I thought would never come out, but thanks to Freedom (the cleaner) it came out no problem! 5/5 would recommend and will definitely be contacting them for any future cleaning.

I highly recommend McCullough's Flooring. Not only are they local and family owned, but they will make any Pinterest board come to life! After purchasing a new home, I spent hours day dreaming about my dream home, during the weeks between our closing date (which included what flooring would look perfect with our décor and style). I pinned many ideas to my Pinterest board. The staff at McCullough's were welcoming and the staff was amazing at matching my design ideas with products. They also suggested a few that coordinated perfectly! From design, to purchase to installation, this business is unmatched for all of your flooring needs!

I purchased the Vinyl Plank flooring and it is the best flooring I’ve found. Also Robin and the installers were amazing throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this business for all your flooring needs. Also excellent customer service. 5 stars and beyond. 👌

A very pleasing experience the entire staff , Terri our salesperson , The installers were exceptional. There was a problem with locking system on the flooring we chose , the installers pointed it out immediately. The owner came to our house and offered us a better in stock product at no additional cost . Very happy with the entire experience.

A friend recommended that we call Chris Parciak for new flooring. He showed up on time, explained the pros & cons of the different types of floors, & sent us the estimate immediately. He was never pushy & didn't steer us to any particular product. Billy & Joe did the install & their craftsmanship is second to none. These gentlemen treated our home as if it were their own. We highly recommend McCullough's for your flooring needs!

Russ and Tracy at McCullough's Flooring are the best. My company owns office buildings in O'Fallon, IL and we have been a customer of McCullough's for over 20 years. Their team is very professional and always provide topnotch installation. I have had some very short time crunches for remodel jobs in which Tracy and Russ have always helped me get the work done. I appreciate them A LOT!

Words cannot express my appreciation for the excellence in service given by Russ & Tracy McCullough for all flooring needs. I have dealt with them now for about 20 years in everything from wall to wall carpet throughout the house & basement, ceramic tile in the kitchen, porcelain tile in all bathrooms & basement areas and finally hardwood throughout the house. They have even come to my rescue for unexpected emergency water damage too. They have an excellent helpful staff as well as expert, conscientious installers for every product (such as Billy, Joe, Brandon, Jason, Frank, & others to name a few). I have dealt with McCullough’s back when they were on West Main Street as well as their present location. They have never changed in quality or excellence of service in all these years. If there is a problem, they will make it right and will deal with Companies until satisfaction is achieved. I cannot thank them or praise them enough for the wonderful work they have done for us. I would not go anywhere else!

One year ago we purchased our carpeting from this fine establishment. Dennis was our salesman, a more knowledgeable person you will not find, He's been in the business along time. The manufacture, Shaw, recommends cleaning every 12-18 months so we stopped in to see Erin to set up our first cleaning. She sent Devon out with their newly acquired truck built just for cleaning floors. They even brought the water (the other guys don't do that). Devon was very professional and did an excellent job. We had the other guys out before to clean the carpet we had previously, but this was a far better experience and we are very satisfied. Hats off to the fine folks at McCullough's!!

Prior experiences with other flooring contractors have left me frustrated with either the sales process or the quality and attitude of installers. I decided to try McCullough's because the installers are employees and not contractors. Contractors rush in and out as quickly as possible to move onto the next job and leave things like caulking in the hands of the homeowners and show little respect for walls, etc. Mark and the installation team treated my project like it was their own home. They were timely each day and worked non-stop while showing craftsmanship on things that I might have missed while also being responsive to things I did point out. I'm happy that I took a chance on McCullough's. After many flooring projects over the years, this was the first time I've been pleased.

Highly Recommend, Tracy and Amanda were very helpful with our remodeling, Lovely ladies and were a great help in picking out carpets, flooring, countertop, and awesome tiles for our backsplash. They kept us updated on the status of our projects. Installer’s were awesome, both in the countertop, and the flooring. Fast and knowledgeable in the work they did. We’re Very happy and satisfied.

We recently replaced the carpet in our living room with hard wood to match the dining area and entryway. I'd heard good things about McCullough's prior to deciding to use them for the job but "good things" is a severe understatement. Tom and the gentleman helping him were not only very friendly and professional, but also clearly knew what they were doing. The amazing attention to detail resulted in a room that looks like it has always been there rather than an after thought. I'm not the best with names and made it a point to call to specifically obtain his name for future jobs in our home. Our floors look AMAZING and I cannot be happier with the result. Thank you both SO MUCH!!!!!

There are really no words truly good enough to describe the experience we have had with McCullough's Flooring. I reached out to them a few months ago and was put in touch with Jen Joyner. From the minute we spoke I knew we had the right company for our project. We have 12 year old existing hardwood in some areas of our home and were ready to have the rest of our home done with the same hardwood throughout. Jen came to our home, measured our existing spaces and took a plank of our existing hardwood. Jen did all the foot work in contacting the company and to our delight they still made our hardwood and the milling process has not changed...We were scheduled promptly based on our "special order" arrival and they did not disappoint. Right on time. The installers Joe and Bill came out for our install. Professional, prompt, kind and courteous. They made the tear outs painless. The installation of our new hardwood to our existing hardwood can only be described as the 8th wonder of the world! I can unequivocally tell anyone that McCullough's Flooring, Jen Joyner, Joe and Bill have been amazing to work with and they do amazing work! THANK YOU all for your part in making our house a home!

We hired McCullough to replace the carpet with eliminated floor we could not be happier with the service that we received. From the sales person Jen to the installer's George and Jim they were wonderful to work with. They got it done in record breaking time they cleaned up after themselves. They replaced the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms stairs and our foyer. My husband and I are completely satisfied we would highly recommend the McCulloughs Flooring.

Our experience with McCullough's Flooring was very positive from beginning to end. Everything was done in a timely manner and done well. The in-store personnel were very helpful and courteous as decisions were made to start the project. The installers (Jim and George) did excellent work, going above and beyond what was required. When unforeseen structural problems came up, references were provided for repair and they responded quickly and efficiently so that the project could resume in a timely manner. We could not be more pleased with everything.

Robyn O'Donnell helped us select a bathroom floor and hardwood for our foyer. The installation of both went very well and we are so pleased with our new floors. The installers for the hardwood especially were extremely professional, efficient and completed the job much faster than we expected. I'd recommend McCullough anytime and have used them before for carpet and sheet vinyl.

McCulloughs flooring was who we chose to install carpet into our house prior to moving it. They worked around our closing date and move in date to ensure the flooring was ready prior to us moving in.

Fast forward two year later the carpet we purchased had a manufacturing defect and the manufacturer failed to inform the store. We called McCulloughs flooring and let them know what was happening. The carpet was replaced under manufacturer warranty and McCulloughs flooring took it upon themselves to require the manufacturer to upgrade our carpet due to the lack of notification from the manufacturer of the defective carpet.

The replacement carpet came in, we were immediately put on the schedule and the installers did an amazing job during installation. The installers were professional and extremely hard working. I believe the installers we had were Nick and Kevin. They were great guys and they commented on how they enjoy working for McCulloughs flooring.

We will ABSOLUTELY be using McCulloughs flooring for future flooring needs. I have zero complaints. Every person we dealt with from the store owner, sales and installers were amazing.
