I was without heat for several days when finally my home warrenty put me in touch with Thermodyne. Alex came to inspect my furnace and discovered I needed a new "mother board" . He ordered the part and within a few days, Alex was back to install the part and get me some heat again. Steve at Thermodyne was excellent in scheduling my repair and I would recommend Thermodyne to anyone looking for a reliable company.

Thermodyne was assigned by my home warranty company. I've learned over the years to be skeptical of who they use, but Thermodyne was far and away the best contractor I've ever worked with as referred by AHS. Did great work, got the part needed in reasonably quickly, and once in had my upstairs A/C working great right away. On top of it all, the non-covered charges came to be less than anticipated because they didn't have to do as much ductwork as they thought - many companies would have just pocketed the difference. Thermodyne didn't, and it saved me around $500.

Hard to find a responsive, honest, and good quality contractor this day in age, but Thermodyne checked all the boxes. Can't say enough how much I appreciated it.

We called yesterday evening about our AC not working. They were able to come out and fix the issue first thing in the morning. They were very professional, fast to diagnose the issue, personable, and reasonably priced! We will definitely continue to use their services!
