I recently had a service appointment with Polar Plumbing and Heating, on a scorcher day of 100 and I am very pleased with the experience. Jarod was the one who came out to assess and address my heating and cooling needs. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Cannot recommend Polar Aire enough! Made an appointment through their website on Tuesday for Thursday between 10-12, Polar called Tuesday afternoon with an earlier appointment availability. They called before on time arrival, Kyle provided great service and conversation and was in and out before 10:45. Timely, friendly, dependable!

We are very happy with the service, techs, and service plan we have from Polar Plumbing, heating & Air conditioning. We have been very fortunate when Polar has sent a tech the same day as our original request!! First, Zak came to save us from a flooding sump pump. Yesterday, Nick came to complete the schedualed water heater flush. But, our new fridge was delivered yesterday and we ran into a water line leak. So, today Nick was back to sort that issue out. We could not be happier. See you for the next maintenance check!

Could not be happier. From first call in office, to the estimate, to today’s service! It was a dirty job up in the attic but Dan and Conner worked well together. Dan made sure I understood everything they did. And impressive clean up too! 😊. Will recommend Polar ! Thank you all.

I hesitated to call in an AC repair on a Sunday knowing the added expense, but we had a great past experience with Polar so I reached out anyway. Ended up being well worth the expense to get the house cooling again going into the summer season. Great people, great service!

Zack was very nice, polite and professional. Zack was here for a water filter (whole house) system. Looking for a unit to remove pfas. Zack indicated the systems you sell only take partial pfas out.

Polar is a GREAT business to have in your life. From the service you receive day, night and emergency call outs. They are very nice and professional from Cindy, Samantha, Zach, Kyle, Nick.. and the rest of the company! We had Zack out for a main sewer line blockage. He used the camera and was able to identify the break in our line amazingly quick. Not the news anyone hopes for, but the professionalism was outstanding. Will definately call back if/when we have another plumbing issue.

Great job. Dan and Luke were very thorough testing the furnace during the annual checkup. Very personable and professional.
