I had to have a call back on a drain cleaning from about 3 weeks ago. Robert (Bob) was the plumber who came to the house today. As with the other plumbers Roto-Rooter has sent over the years, Bob was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. He thoroughly snaked the drain again and said that mostly likely some sludge had fallen from the previous drain cleaning a few weeks ago and that is what was causing the drain to slow down in such a short time.

He snaked the drain very slowly and thoroughly in an effort to get everything loose. Then he did several sinkful drains to ensure everything was draining properly. After 40 years in this house, I know all the drain sounds, and the drain sounds tip top right now. He gave me another tip and doing a full sink drain every week or so to get a higher volume of water running through the pipes rather than just leaving the hot water run as I have been doing.

In a 40 year old house, I expect regular maintenance on things, drains included. And I am always confident when calling Roto Rooter. Their plumbers are very savvy, experienced, pleasant, and they always take very good care of my home, keeping things clean, etc.

Bob did a great job. Hopefully, the drain will cooperate now and I won't need to call them again for about a year, but my plan is to have yearly preventative maintenance on this drain to keep things chugging along.

Late night kitchen sink back up into the basement. Justin was able to quickly assess and fix the clog within 2 hours of my initial call.

Jared was amazing. He helped us get to the root of our problem, pun intended. Our gutters and downspouts weren't functioning correctly. He ran a camera down our drain system, found a blockage, and then, using a high-powered water auger, removed it. We had a pipe that was obstructed by an 18-inch root and rocks hidden under the yard.

Robert was extremely helpful and courteous. He gave me multiple tips after the work was done to try and stop this issue from happening again.

Justin was prompt in arriving, and was very accommodating for the requests that I had to be protective of the hardwood floors in my home. Service was great, and I highly recommend!

Technician arrived in time frame expected. He assessed situation and gave quote before starting the job. Yes, I would call Bob with Roto-Rooter to return to my house if needs should arise again. He was quick and courteous. He was successful in cleaning out our sewer.

Bob was our plumber, and he had such a hard time getting through the mass of the inside of the pipe, but he worked so diligently and hard that it finally broke through after hours of hard work. Bob is a wonderful plumber. He was very kind and respectful and nice if I owned rotor rooter. I would have Bob be the lead man on as many jobs, as I could possibly put him on what I'm trying to say Is it was a wonderful experience and Rota rooter is a great organization, and Bob is a wonderful plumber and technician. Bob came out and unclogged the washing machine drain. It had been sitting vacant and build up hard crusty stuff. Now the washing machine flows nicely and does not overflow.

It was great that they were able to get to us first thing in the morning after we noticed a floor drain backup. Got it cleared without any added issue.

The service guy was courteous and professional. He explained everything and his visit was pleasant and would highly recommend him to my friends and family
