Russ and Eric exceeded my expectations - they truly delivered top-notch service. Jim was also super helpful over the phone, and I was impressed by how quickly he could fit us in on a Saturday afternoon. Replacing the shower cartridge was a breeze, especially since the previous owner had installed the handle incorrectly, which made their job a bit more challenging. However, Russ and Eric were committed to doing it right, and they even took the time to educate me on how to turn the water back on properly to prevent sediment buildup. The whole experience was incredibly smooth, thanks to their kindness, calm demeanor, and professionalism. Prices seemed reasonable too. I'm hooked on Sullivan's for all my plumbing needs - great choice!

I had a plumbing emergency this morning - both my toilet and bathtub weren't flushing or draining properly. The issue persisted after some attempts to fix it, so I called in the pros. The 2-man crew from Sullivan Plumbing & Heating arrived promptly and got straight to work on resolving both issues. They were efficient and did an excellent job of their professional work. I'm very pleased with the service and would definitely hire them again if needed - they're highly recommended!

I hired Sullivan's for a home service job and was generally satisfied with their professionalism and pricing. When I had a floor drain back up in my basement, they investigated and found an issue with the ejector pump/pit system. They ended up clearing a clog by probing the pipe from my laundry room to the pit. The work took around 2 hours and cost $425.

Beware of these scammers - they're unprofessional and take advantage of customers. I called in January because my office toilet was leaking, expecting a straightforward diagnosis and quote for the repair. Instead, they charged me $250 without even looking at the issue beforehand. The job took less than 15 minutes, which is ridiculous considering you can buy an entire new toilet for that price. They claimed it was a "top-notch" fix, but I found out six months later that it broke.

The owner's response to my complaint was laughable - he tried to justify the workers' lack of professionalism by saying the repair kit was high-quality. That's not a valid excuse. The whole experience felt like a scam, and I'm still fuming about it. To make matters worse, they didn't even provide a detailed invoice beforehand, just handed me a bill with an outrageous 16-minute labor charge. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.
