I would give A Solution 6 stars if I could. I was in a jam and had a broken water pump that was causing a sewage back-up in my front porch area. They first went above and beyond to make scheduling exemptions and come out as quickly as possible, and then addressed my issue with clear expertise and expediency. In my experience, it’s rare to find a service company that delivers service in a way where they aren’t just in it for the money, but truly care about the customer. A Solutions is definitely in it for the customer!!!

I had water backing up my toilet and shower in the basement, called A solution sewer and plumbing. I saw that they had great reviews and was not disappointed. They came the next day and scheduled me as soon as they could. They were able to fix the problem in less then 3 hours. Highly recommend! Thanks Mr Rivera!

Prompt, friendly, competent service at the price estimated, which was pretty reasonable by comparison with other outfits I have worked with. The free video analysis helped me a lot in understanding what to expect in the future from my system and in deciding how to handle it in the most efficient and economical way. No complaints at all!

Rivera at A Solution Sewer and Plumbing was the person that did my sewer repair. I really appreciate how informative he was and willingness to share helpful information with me. Im not sure it was his intention but he made me feel comfortable doing business with him and his workers are some hard working guy's. I have called A-Solutions Plumbing in dire need, the plumber (Trinidad) came out and quoted my service. I made an appointment and he came on schedule. Very courteous and knew what was wrong and solved my problems. I will never use any other plumber. I have had bad experiences and I'm grateful that I took the chance and happy for reviews that I read on this company to help make the decision to call.

Trinidad from A Solution Sewer & Plumbing Inc. was timely, pleasant and kept us informed along the way as to what he was doing to fix the issue (I clogged the toilet with one of those bleach tablets you are supposed to place in the tank but I placed in the toilet bowl instead 😑😣😫). I'm very impressed with the prompt response I received from the company and flexibility with scheduling the visit so quickly. Highly recommend!

A Solution Plumbing was able to come quickly to address a burst pipe situation in our home. The plumbers that completed the work provided very thorough information about what happened and what they were doing to resolve the problem. We have used A Solution in the past and have always been happy with their work and customer service.

Great service, we called in the morning after our pipe burst and they came to help. He was quick and very professional. It was our first time with this kind of situation and Mr.Rivera made us feel comfortable and it was all very affordable.

Fantastic experience! Mr. Rivera had the challenging task of replacing a rusty leaky pipe from the kitchen going into the basement, finished and unfinished. It was a very complicated situation with space challenges, and uncertainties about where the pipes connected to what other 90 connectors etc. He and his assistant were here for over 6 hours and only minimally cut drywall to fix the issue 100% and replace the pipe with PVC. Its actually quite a piece of art, the piping under the sink and in the basement. Highly recommend this company. Very solid knowledge and creative thinking in problem solving -- they wont disappoint you. Im already thinking about a faucet replacement and some other stuff since I think I have finally found a great quality company! Thanks Mr. Rivera!

Mr. Rivera is very pleasant to work with. I had to have the piping to the sewer done due to old age. He came the next day to give me an estimate (which was free) and explained everything that needed to be done to the "T". The entire job was done in 2 days. No mess, no fuss. I will be calling them again for all my plumbing needs.

We had a situation in the evening where the showers were slow to drain and even were backing up onto the bathroom floor. I used yelp to get multiple quotes and A Solution Sewer and Plumbing were one of the first to get back to me and were the only ones who actually provided me a range that it was likely to cost. They were also responding to me after hours and answering all my questions. He even reminded me of the yelp discount which I had not noticed.

Mr. Rivera showed up within the window he was supposed to, was friendly, explained exactly what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost before beginning the work. He was able to fix the problem in around an hour and stuck around while the water ran to ensure the issue was truly fixed. The final price was within what I was originally quoted and my showers are fixed. Happy customer and I could not recommend them enough.

I had A Solution come by my house to help me fix my bursted pipes after a terrible freeze. I was given a few different options on how we could go about fixing the solution. When the time came to begin work, there were no hidden fees. Every question I had was answered, and I was left more knowledgeable about plumbing and how certain improvements could prevent future issues. However, at no time did anyone with the company attempt to pressure/scare me into immediately making said improvements. They were also very affordable. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to have work done to give them a call. I will be using them for sure for all of my future plumbing needs.

I was very happy with the service I received and work done by A Solution. I contacted them regarding a sump/ejector pit that needed venting and resealing with a new lid. Mr Rivera responded to my online request for a quote within a few hours of me submitting it, and scheduled a time to time over and take a look. When he came to do the quote, he didn't try to upsell or add on any additional unnecessary work - one other major company I called did - and the quote was very reasonable. After I agreed to the quote, the work was done quickly and professionally. Mr Rivera provided a few recommendations for things I might want to consider doing in the near future but didn't put any pressure on me to agree to this work. Overall it was as pleasant an experience as plumbing can be.

I'll add that A Solution had to reschedule my initial appointment due to the scheduled plumber getting in a traffic accident on the way to do my job, and they applied a small discount to my bill for any inconvenience caused. They didn't have to do that and I appreciated it.

A Solution is a very professional company. The call center is responsive and courteous. The agent showed up at the time stated. Our sewer was serviced, tree roots were pulled out within the first 30 minutes. My husband and I were given a reasonable quote to return to complete the rest of the work. We are so please and will recommend A Solution to our neighbors, family and friends.

Triny at A Solution Sewer& Plumbing was really great and attentive. Clearly knowledgeable and personable. He came in diagnosed the problem and made a few suggestions and continued to work until the problem was resolved. He was cautious about the cost and explain everything. Additionally he was on time and confirmed all information either by phone or via text. A solution will be mine and my families/friends plumbing support from now on. Additionally, the guarantee of all work is great! Satisfied customer!!!

This company is very impressive they respond to your needs in an urgent matter you can get your situation fixed right away and with the best service there is. They are the very professional and knowledgeable of what is needed to find a solution to whatever problem you might have without a worry on the cost because they offer financing for expensive jobs if needed and they are courteous and hard working individuals that are clean and respectful. They have done tree rodding on our pipes several times in the past and it’s always a good experience.
June 06 2018 They just performed a sewer repair and I can say for now that some of the jobs they do are very manpower intense. My husband and I will most definitely continue to do business with this company for all our needs due to their hard working and professional employees. We will recommend them to family and friends for sure. Office Manager Trinidad Rivera is the best at what he does and I trust his judgements, outstanding service.

A Solution Sewer and Plumbing did great work. They were able to install a new pump in our ejector pit that is top of the line. It is efficient and quiet. Their work was quick and quiet. They were very considerate, going in and out of the back door not bringing in snow to the home. They went above and beyond wearing plastic covering on their shoes to keep their workspace clean. I would for sure recommend A Solution Sewer and Plumbing to my friends and family for any of their plumbing needs.

We called for emergency service for a bursted pipe. Multiple companies either never returned our call or confirmed an appointment and never showed up.
