Our service was all we expected. Our plumber arrived only a couple of minutes outside of our scheduled time. He brought with him the tool he needed to clear our clogged drain. In a few minutes he fixed the problem, tested the drain and was out the door. We are satisfied.

The plumber they sent was probably the most knowledgeable plumber I have ever had. Service was prompt and the job was done right. He let me know details of the service. He was polite and courteous. I would highly recommend Allan E Power Plumbing , Heating and Cooling!

Should have listened to my friends and hired a pro to do some challenging plumbing work. I went ahead and tried myself (on a Saturday). Things immediately went downhill and fortunately Allan E. Power was able to get someone out in just about an hour. Problem solved and cost for weekend call-out about what I expected it to be for a regularly scheduled repair. Kudos. My plumbing career is over.

I needed to have somebody quickly do in an inspection of sewer lines for a home I am purchasing. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to provide the service and then how efficient the process was. The overall experience was super easy in an already stressful time. I will use their services again in the future.

Allen E Power is a great local plumbing company. We've used them for over 25 years. George just came out to rod our sewers. He was wonderful - very client focused. He definitely went the extra mile!

I have used Power Plumbing for many years. In my old house, they put in a very complex steam boiler in a pretty confined space and did a great job. In my new house, they've drained backyard flooded areas out to the street and installed underground gas lines to power my generator. Always prompt and courteous I highly recommend their excellent work.

We had a great experience with Power Plumbing. The folks there were very responsive and had a man out the next day (it was a non-emergency). Frank the plumber explained exactly what needed to be done and it cost less $$$ than what I had anticipated. We will be using you folks again in the future for sure.

Danny showed up first thing in morning, told us the options, completed the job and cleaned up. We are very happy with results.

What a wonderful experience! Had leaking pipes in the ceiling and they came out the next day. Did a wonderful job repairing and cleaning up their mess. Plumbers were very communicative on the problems and also very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Allen E. Power is the place to call if you have any plumbing issues. I have been using them for 20 years in my condo and as a new homeowner called them out again recently. They were able to come out the same day. He arrived on time with a mask on and quickly took care of the problem. He answered all my questions and gave me a fair quote on another repair. They do excellent work and are very easy to work with.

My technician was extremely friendly and helpful. He got down to business and found the problem quickly. He was patient and empathetic to my injury as well as I hobnled around to show him things. I will definitely be using Allan E. Power again if services are needed. On time, fair pricing, great customer service and knowledgeable techs.

Needed sump pumps replaced and they responded timely to our needs. Technician was on time and helpful explaining issues.

Frank was our plumber and we had a difficult faucet issue. We got quoted from another place and it was much more expensive and with a risk that our pipe could break and cause significant complications. We called for a second opinion. Frank mentioned none of these issues, took care of the problem in less than 30 mins, the price was very reasonable, and we were even called and asked if he could come early, which worked great for us. Best service you could ask for.

We had a great experience with Joe from Power Plumbing replacing our hot water heater. He was delayed with a job before ours and came and stayed past business hours on a friday to complete the job. He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and the work site was neat and clean. Thanks Joe!
12/21/2020 we had the pump needed for our basement toilet replaced but there was a complication due to age so they were able to reroute the piping to avoid cutting into the wall where the hidden connection had been buried. It spared us a lot of hassle and cost to replace drywall, paint, etc. Good job!

Greatest experience ever!!! Joe was my technician that came out to take a look at my water boiler. He was super knowledgeable, and quick to assess what needed to be done. Prices are very reasonable. If I ever have any other boiler/plumbing issues I know who to call for!!!

Kevin is the best! If you ever have any heating problems, ask for him! Our boiler pump broke last weekend and he came out on a Saturday not once, but twice, to make sure that we had the parts we needed to get the boiler up and working again so we would not be without heat in this miserable cold!

We ended up deciding to replace the boiler with a new high-efficiency space saving wall-hung unit and he and Jerry worked for 2 days straight getting it up and running and we could not be happier! It honestly looks like a work of art and works great and will save us $$$ on our monthly bills!

We had an emergency outdoor drainage problem (tree roots blocking drainage pipes) during a weekend rainstorm. Power's weekend emergency telephone service - speaking to a real, knowledgeable person - was uniquely great. She was able to schedule and have someone out within hours who diagnosed and did an immediate fix, in the rain and mud, on the spot. For that alone Power gets 5 stars and our appreciation and future business. They then proposed and bid a larger drainage installation project for a needed permanent improvement, and did quality work. Will use them in future and highly recommend.

They came out right away to replace our hot water heater that failed suddenly. They were very competitive on the price 70% of the price I was quoted from another place here in town (Riverside Plumbing).
I think they're terrific! My experience was great-pretty much totalIy seamless. I just read these past couple negative reviews from the past couple months, but my experience has been the exact opposite. I highly recommend them.

This is our new go-to place for all things plumbing and HVAC. First, we love that they are local, second they have AMAZING professionals working for them who are so friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their customers! Their pricing is also super reasonable and they offer coupons too. From the initial phone call to the actual job, their transparency and customer service are top notch! Reminds me of the olden days when you could actually know what you'll be paying BEFORE they show up. Dan and his apprentice were phenomenal!! I wish could give then more than 5 stars!

I e-mailed them on Sunday evening they reached out to me on Monday morning. Gave me a rate for the repairs I needed and set an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Their technician Dan was polite, worked quickly went over the services he performed took a few minutes to show us everything was working properly. He then went over the charges which matched the quote from the office. This is exactly how in home repair should be performed. A pleasant experience I'd highly recommend them.

After needing help with an urgent issue at my mother's home, we contacted Allan E. Power Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. We had always seen their sign on 47th Street. The office staff was very helpful and had Dean out for an estimate the same day. He was extremely thorough in diagnosing the issue and how it could be repaired. We received a quote the following day. I am happy to say the job is now completed. We are extremely pleased with the work and the company overall. From the customer service to the professionalism displayed on the job, we will definitely keep them in mind for any future issues. We have already recommended them to a friend.
