These technicians were great. Very professional. You can tell they really like what they do. They answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to get things right. Pricing was also very reasonable. Would definitely hire them again.

I got three furnaces checked out and repaired by James who arrived on time. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He patiently explained everything and answered bunch of questions I had. He replaced few aged sub-functional parts to avoid bigger future expenses. He also provided few maintenance tips that I thought were worthwhile. Overall I think this is best service experience I have ever had.

We called Dash Heating & Air Service at around 4 pm in the evening to repair our furnace and the tech arrived at our house around 5:30P pm and had our AC in working order in about an hour afterwards for a reasonable rate. Knowing that Tony is so agreeable and knowledgeable and more so a guy who can always respond to my HVAC needs anytime, I'm much less concerned about our old furnace unit!Would recommend him highly.

I called Dash Heating & Air Service because my air was not working. The specialist came out the same day. Unfortunately, after a thorough inspection he determined I needed a new unit.He was able to get a crew out to me the next day to install. James and Bob were the techs that came out to install. I would highly recommend them to all!!

Despite not servicing the region, they took the time to walk me through a few troubleshooting steps until the issue was resolved. Highly recommended.

I had a complete breakdown of my furnace on a Friday morning. The temp outside was 5 degrees and it was 58 in the house. Dash Heating & Air Service came out and because we pay them a monthly contract fee, there was no charge at all. They fixed my furnace, did a check to make sure it shouldn’t happen again. James was very professional and knowledgeable. He found an issue that was caused by another company that installed our inside unit. Our A/C is working better than ever. There was an issue with the fan on the outdoor unit. He quickly gave us a quote without having to call in or looking up the cost. He also didn’t try to hard sell us on the repair. He said it was one of those issues that could cause the fan to go out in a week or ten years and to address it at that time. Dash Heating & Air Service is a great company that I would recommend to everyone!

John and Alex were outstanding! They work well together. A fantastic experience was provided by the staff's warmth, professionalism, and cleanliness. These two even went so far as to remove their shoes each and every time they entered our house! Our air stopped working on Thursday. We called to schedule service. We were given a time on Sunday between 2-5pm. On Sunday I called around 10a to see if we could get any earlier since we had two sick babies with fevers and the house was 82 degrees. I was told only the 2-5, which was fine. They told me I would get a call about an hour before they arrived. At 4:57 we still did not get a phone call so I called to check on the status. After a long hold I was told they had to reschedule. I was told the tech was on a commercial job and needed to finish that but would have to do ours tomorrow. No other technicians were contacted to try to fit us in. They just agreed to refund. Horrible experience - do not recommend.
