I scheduled a maintenance appointment with Precision Today for my furnace and received a comprehensive evaluation from Quincy. He covered the good and the bad points and used photos to show how he arrived at his assessment. As a result we have an upcoming appointment for coil cleaning, Quincy was able to replace the igniter during the evaluation appointment.

Bottom line: the furnace is relatively old but only needed what I would consider routine maintenance. I will continue using Precision Today in my home, the techs that have provided us plumbing and HVAC services are very professional and easy to work with.

Outstanding Service from Steve Bieganowski!

Steve B. did an incredible job installing our new dual pump battery backup sump system. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He removed the old pump, cleaned the basin (even found and cleared out debris and rocks), and installed a 35ACi Deluxe Battery Backup System with a smart controller and inverter. The system runs on both AC and DC power, includes an AGM maintenance-free battery, and features digital level control with integrated alarms—exactly what we needed for peace of mind during storm season.

Steve took the time to explain every detail of the setup, how the controller alternates pump usage, and what to expect from the system’s performance. He left the workspace spotless and made sure we understood the warranties and maintenance plan.

Highly recommend Steve and his team for anyone in Naperville needing sump pump upgrades or plumbing support. Five-star service all the way!

I had my furnace serviced today by Brian Gomez. What a great individual he is. I had my installation done by this company in 2023 before it was bought out.

And I must say the new ownership is 1000 times better than the previous ownership who did not stand by any of their work.

I am more than grateful that I reached back out to them and they came out immediately.

Assim was polite, thorough and took the time to help me understand the problems my furnace was having. He sold me a new furnace and compared the rates to those listed on the web. He was very knowledgeable about the products and options.

Exceptional service! Plumber John Botka quickly detected what was causing the leaks coming from our basement ceiling. After running some tests he was able to confirm tub drain damage brought on by a prior plumber.
John was professional, courteous, fast and efficient!

Luis came today on a recall visit as our new humidifier was not working. He was very pleasant and professional. Figured out that there were a few problems and fixed everything quickly. His post visit summary was clear and helped me understand the issues he addressed. And he included a video with a thumbs up that made me laugh. I appreciate his exceptional service. 😊

I had Paul as my service tech.Came out and relieved my anxiety by looking at my furnace. When I called in the morning Lisa in customer service was very condescending.In fact quite ignorant. I spent $15,000 for a new furnace a new air conditioner not even a year ago at this company , so I can’t believe how I was treated by her , who didn’t help me at all! But I found another customer service rep Vince who helped me so much!!! They ended up sending me Paul, out to my house. Paul was so patient , polite and kind! I trusted Paul soon as he came in my home.

Zachery was quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us information that we did not know about the age of our furnace and everything that we needed to do to maintain it. Very happy with the service will continue to use them.

Did you ever have a plumbing emergency where you need help immediately ?
Well that was me yesterday. I called my contracted provider and thought things would work out perfect ! Well, they did not answer the phone!! Then I called Precision Today (24/7 service) and the woman on the phone listened to me, I was close to having a flooded basement. Compassionately she said they would do everything to help me. An hour later Corey, the technicion, arrived at my front door. He analyzed the situation and had everything he needed on the truck, a mini warehouse. I am so-o-o thankful to Precision Today Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical and rate my experience with Corey not just a five but a 5 +. I am going to switch to the company he works for tomorrow. I want a contract with this company, "Precision Today" because I know they will answer the phone when I need them most.

Patrick Kloian helped us out today and was just terrific. We noticed a leak coming from our 10 year old water heater tank this morning and called Precision Today right away. Patrick arrived within 4 hours, was friendly and pleasant, answered all my questions and quoted a reasonable price to replace our heater same day (along with several other options). He was helpful and informative at every step. Did a great job and despite this being potentially messy work, left our home cleaner than he found it. Highly recommended.

Ray Santiago from Precision Today has been a life saver for my family. He rescued us from exploding pipes last winter and stepped up today to help assess our ejector failure, provide us best-practice advice for mitigating further damage, and was able to provide quote, approval, financing, and installation within 24 hours. Service was exceptional. The product and installation were appropriate for our needs, reasonably priced, and true to the quote without any scope creep.

The common sense suggestions he made for future proofing our house and the thorough explanations of the options made us feel confident in our decision to expand the repairs to include sump pump and hot water heater. Amazing Salesmanship.

Seriously, my Dad came over and was like, "I know Ray" the dogs all know him. It's really great to have a dependable, kind, approachable person, who knows your house, understand your situation, and instills trust and confidence that they are there with your best interests in mind.

I had a leak behind the wall in our powder room, and Precision Today Plumbing did an excellent job repairing it. Steve B. was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently and with care, and everything was left clean afterward. I really appreciated the honesty and quality of work. I would definitely recommend Precision Today Plumbing and plan on using them for any future plumbing needs.

I love this company, they are a life saver. I have used them twice now one for electric and one for plumbing. Both times I was educated, listened to, and given options. Russel helped us today after a pipe burst late last night. They were able to come in first thing in the morning. We have an older home and have found many things were done not up to par, but Russel was understanding. We are new home owners and didn’t know where all the water switches were. He educated us, gave us peace of mind, and helped us make informed decisions. From 8am-4pm he worked in our basement with a smile on his face and calm demeanor. So thankful for him taking the time to help us. Truly an amazing experience.

Brandon was our technician and he did a wonderful job putting in a new water heater I can't believe it could be done in one afternoon many other places I called they were saying Friday Saturday well when you have to take a shower to go to work you really don't want to that many days.

Quincy from Precision heating and cooling was great. My furnace was not coming on, but it was trying, and it’s 10° outside. He was able to fix the problem quickly and explained what the problem was. I was so relieved. The furnace is 11 years old, but has been well maintained by Precision. Quincy is a good knowledgeable man. I recommend Precision, and Quincy, in particular, for heating and cooling issues.

Our service technician, Jon, did an excellent job installing a new ion rod in our water heater and put on new couplings that were corroding at the connections due to Incorrect parts installed on our copper tubing to our hot water heater by ABC. John was very courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. I would definitely use them again and I give John an A+. We replaced our old ion Rod with the newer Corro- Protec electric rod with a 20 year mfg warranty because we are on a well and this will stop corrosion and eliminate the sulfur smell in the hot water.

Had some issues shortly after the bad cold snap with our furnace. Walter came out, troubleshot, and determined the part was on backorder -- but still was able to give us a short-term workaround (so we had heat!) until the part came in. As soon as it came in, he got here ASAP and installed it quickly. Great guy, super helpful! Once the Precision folks get in your house, you're in good hands.

We had two of Precision’s employees (Carlos & Jonah) who came out today and:
1) restored proper drainage to our plumbing system;
2) inspected our main sewer line via camera footage;
3) as well as quoted a fair price for their services today, and an upcoming installation.
Because of them, I’m proud to call myself a Precision Member!
On 2/27/2026 we had Precision install a backwater valve on our property to prevent flood damage to our home. The team they sent out ( John, Antonio, and Jonah) were friendly, professional, worked hard, and did a great job.

My experience with Precision Today Plumbing was outstanding for a one day service that had 3 different technicians coming in for one day and was able to complete the job perfectly! David was great, very nice, took the time to explain what he was going to be doing , and extremely knowledgeable and professional! Definitely did exactly what he needed to do and everything checked out perfect! Thank you David! I also wanted to include 2 more technicians that I thought was a separate review!! Ari was our 1st technician and he was also very nice, never felt like I was being rushed to make a decision, explained my options and helped me to make the right decision ! Very knowledgeable and professional! Would highly recommend Ari! My 3rd technician was Arvy, excellent technician too! Went above and beyond to make sure our new toilet was just perfect before he left! Very polite, and informative, and extremely professional!! I couldn’t have asked for better technicians !!! 2nd Review- 5 stars plus review for Precision Today Plumbing and Carl R. And Ari! We had another issue with a second toliet and Ari first came out who we had met once before was very nice and looked things over and told us he thought it was a minor issue.
He said he had to have one of their plumbers come and fix the problem! The plumber whose name was Carl R. Was super nice and very professional! He definitely fixed the minor problem, but as he was working on it more issues were appearing, so he called me over and started telling me things didn’t look the greatest for other certain things. He told me my options never pressured me in any way and recommended a new toilet, after thinking about it and realizing that might be the best way to go I went for it! He did a fantastic job, very efficient and within a reasonable time. Carl went above and beyond and gave us the best service! We couldn’t be more happier with the great service and would highly recommend Carl R. and Precision Today Plumbing!!! GREAT JOB, GREAT TOLIET, GREAT JOB CARL R. !!!!!!!!!! 👍😊

I had a plumbing problem December 11th and contacted this company to make a visit the same day. I had never used this company prior to this but will do so again. Customer service is 5 Star. They kept me informed of the technician's status and worked with my work schedule to ensure I was home in time for the tech to arrive, really appreciated the personal service and outreach. Then Steve B was my technician and he just continued the more than positive experience. He was courteous and professional. He demonstrated what I needed to know about my problem and had it fixed in a short time. He also took time to see if I had other needs. We looked at my water heater which is 10 years old and he did a quick evaluation and suggested options. This is what great customer service looks like. I will be looking at a new water heater after the holidays and will definitely call this company for that work! Well done!
