Brandyn had great customer service and communications skills. He walked me through what was wrong with my unit and provided all the options for repair. His experience gave me confidence in the recommendations and when it’s time for more assistance I’ll be reaching out to his company and requesting his support.

The service people were above awesome! Very friendly, quick and vey helpful. The sales person did seem to be pretty pushy and gave some false information but I would still recommend this company to everyone . Thank you for helping us !

Demetrius worked hard and really explained what was going on well. Kept checking in with me on if I had any questions. When I did he answer them thoroughly. Can't ask for a better person to have help me work through my furnace issues. It was nice to be able to trust someone for once when it comes to things like this.

Corey was very professional and attentive to our concerns with hot water heater. He did an awesome job inspecting and diagnosing the hot water heater. Ended up replacing hot water which was accomplished in a timely manner.

Phillip was very knowledgeable and professional. He covered his shoes before entering our home even though he did not have to. He explained what was going on with our sump pump and it was clear to me that after the explanation. Thank you Phillip. He is truly an asset to your company. The install went ABSOLUTELY GREAT!! We are VERY SATISFIED with everything that was done. Now we can have a PEACE OF THE MIND if or when we lose power because of a storm. THANK YOU MORRISON PLUMBING FOR EVERYTHING.. Greg came by today to do a routine check up on our plumbing. He gave us estimates and advice for our water heater, sump pumps, and water system. We really appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to us in a way to made sense.

Had a leaking external tank, called Morrison on a Saturday and Austin W. showed up, he was extremely informative and professional with his work. He replaced everything in a timely manner. Also explained general maintenance tips on hot water heaters. Highly highly recommend! Austin was amazing to say the least!

David Bridge did electrical work at my house. He was very professional, down to earth, so that I could understand everything, and he has a great personality. I highly recommend him and the Morrison company

If you're searching for an electrician who takes pride in his work and does everything with a spirit of excellence, I HIGHLY recommend David Bridge. This is the third time he has worked at my house.

This time he climbed into my attic to install new wiring with a dedicated GFCI outlet for my stove, which was attached to an extension cord. Once again he brought my old house up to code. And he thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Thank you David and Morrison (a great company).

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received. Chris was our service person. He did an excellent job and educated us about how to operate our thermostat and heat pump. He was on time and very friendly. We highly recommend him and Morrison.

Edward was awesome during our air conditioning replacement estimate. He was very thorough when assessing our replacement needs and took the time to explain everything clearly. He seemed genuinely honest and made sure we felt comfortable and happy with both the pricing and the equipment options.

Had full electric panel replacement and I am extremely pleased with the work that was done. Outstanding service from getting a quote to installation. Their office did a great job with scheduling and informing us on when the technicians would arrive. Technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend for any electrical needs.

Larry is great! I’d like to add two more stars! We felt more knowledgeable and assured using our new HVAC system after his visit to us. Larry is a humble man who enjoys and loves his work. And it shows. We are grateful that he was able help us.

Anthony was awesome! He fixed our outlet and lighting issues and explained how our electrical panel worked. Now all my outlets and kitchen light work for the first time since we purchased the home

I called Morrison and they got someone to my home as soon as they could and identified the issue I was dealing with. Everyone was polite, explained everything clearly, and the work was done on time just like they said. The work was good quality and I’m extremely satisfied with how everything turned out. I’m really glad I went with Morrison and highly recommend them to anyone else looking to get their plumbing issues taken care of.

Wonderful and stress free experience! Morrison made scheduling my fire sprinkler system backflow test super simple and timely. They confirmed my appointment, notified me when the technician, Phillip, was on the way, and he was right on time. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient! I guarantee I will be back in 1 year for my next test

Jacob was a really nice technician. Went above and beyond to find the best options for our repair. Even when faced with parts availability issues he still had multiple plans and options to help us out. Real great service and timely communication!

Anthony was great, and I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire company. Anthony showed up on time, discussed all of my options, and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on something. The job turned out to be more involved than I thought, but Anthony and his team got it done in a matter of a couple of hours, cleaned up the mess, and the bill was very reasonable. I was so impressed, I enrolled in their service plan. We’ll be calling them again!
