I stop in with my husband and son. We brought in my night stand lamp the turn on and off switch was broken. Dave was working the front counter. He took a look at it and discover the problem. He took the switch and cleaned it put it back together I was good to go. Its working like a champ. There was No Charge

I was referred here by my local hardware store because I needed a special sized bulb for my bathroom fixture. The counter staff at Helsel-Jepperson are knowledgeable, fast, and very fun with great sense of humor. The prices are fair too. They are my go to electrical and lighting place.

I made the mistake of buying a new lighting fixture online from another company. When we were finally ready to install, we discovered that although it was advertised as being compatible for sloped ceilings, it didn’t include the proper part for doing so. Desperate to get the fixture installed, I came to Helsel-Jepperson. The customer service was fantastic. I don’t know where he got it from, but the person (one of the owners I think) located the part for me. I was prepared to pay a ridiculous sum, but the cost was way below what I expected. I felt like I had walked back in time to when customer service really came first and helping people find a way to get what they needed mattered. This will be my first stop in the future for lighting and electrical needs.
