Very fast response and appointment time, and Rich was very friendly and professional. Luckily it was a relatively easy fix. Would definitely use this company again.

Honest and explained possible issues. Prompt and courteous. Had to come back but again prompt and fix another problem no charge as he mentioned it could be more than one thing. Will use again and recommend to others.

Rich came on time. he was able to tell me immediately what is wrong in our dryer, replaced the part and was finished in about 40 minutes. cost was reasonable. i will definitely use them again.
