Kevin and his colleague were very professional, on time and resolved the issue (bad solenoid in the dryer so the water from the “steam function” kept spraying). They explained what was wrong, ordered the necessary part and came back to replace it.

Mr. Appliance west loop was awesome. The customer service and timeliness were incredible. Kevin, came out to our place on a Monday afternoon and had part delivered and our refrigerator fixed by Wednesday afternoon. I would use them again.

Tech came to my house, answered my questions, performed the repair, very curtious & respectful. Had to come several times to resolve the issue. Requested the same tech to come since he had history with the issue & my request was always fulfilled.

I had Mr. Appliance of West Loop to come out to fix my stove. The technician, Kevin, called me 30 mins before arrival to give me a heads up, which I really appreciated. He came on time and was very professional and had a lot of patience and answered all my questions. I had a great experience with them. I would recommend them to others.

I had a new Bertazonni refrigerator installed and it would turn on for a while but not stay on. It was a difficult prob to diagnose but the technician at Mr. Appliance was very persistent. He called the manufacturer several time and finally was able to ascertain that they never sent an “installation kit” which includes magnets! Who knew I needed magnets to keep my refrigerator running?!?! Mr Appliance did! That’s who. They guy was super smart and super helpful! And on time! Yay, Mr. Appliance.

I cannot say enough great things about Kevin Cruz, the technician who came over to install and later fix my dishwasher. He was personable, extremely professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this company and recommend asking for Kevin!

Mike and Kevin came out today on short notice to install our new dishwasher. They were professional, personable, and provided additional insights about our valves that our plumber had missed. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Would use again 100%. Highly recommend!

I called & was quickly given a date time & photo of the service man. Was updated the day before, then the next morning he called to inform me he was going to be at my place in 30 minutes & he was. He was very respectful and trained well because he knew exactly what was happening. He was finished within 15 minutes ! Very professional business and Employees !

There was no price for this service had extended warranty. Luiz and Javier tried to fix agitator. Javier even ordered a special tool. Good communication
