The information for a possible repair on my refrigerator. And provided information related to the refrigerator and was useful.
The refrigerator repair was not able to repair the refrigerator, despite it is working properly. Cosmetic issue.

The service was great they was on time and told what was wrong and told me what part i need and he order the part the same day i got it on Monday 15-2025 1pm

The service technician from Sears, Mohammud called to let me know he would be arriving soon and did as well. He was strictly professional and a great technician. Went right to work. Repaired the washer and cleaned up. He did a great job. High "5" for him and kudos to Sears. I will continue to use Sears for repairs. Have a good day.

Excellent service quality work. Knowledgeable and was able to fix with no problem.

David was very courteous, professional, & understanding. He explained everything that needed to be done with our AC unit & what was needed to get it working. He took his time with it being above 90 degrees outside & hot. My husband & I were satisfied with our experience with David.

Sears charges to much for a repair part cost 129.00 sears charges labor 404.35 for 1 hour labor unbelievable. Technician was very clean very respectful and he knows what he was doing.the technician gets 5 stars Sears you don’t have another chance

Monty came out sooner than expected and I scheduled service last minute. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my dryer in less than 10mins! Also was very upfront with services and fees which is always appreciated. I would recommend anytime

The repairman was really good. He fixed the oven & put it back in place. He was thorough, nice and told me helpful information.

Ice maker stopped making ice and before the techno came back to replace parts, the fridge and freezer stopped getting cold. The repair man came out and with the parts that had been ordered, he got it back working.

I was very dissatisfied with the Service i received on Sept 18 2024 for My Magic Chef Compact dryer from your Sears Technician. First he walked in and spoke distain for my appliance. “Oh you got one if those!” It was obvious he did not want to attempt the repair!! He reluctantly opened up the back of my dryer. Then asked if i had the manual. After his repair he turn it on the squeaking had stopped. But as soon as he left i had to call him back because the Squeaking Drum started again!!!!!! Also most importantly he tore my Magic Chef Stack Stand from the wall.!!! It was securely attached. The walls looks bad now.

She called to let me know she was on her way. She called again to let me know she arrived. She rang the door bell , I let her in she asked where's the machine and went right to work. She explained what was needed and how much it would be. She was great.
