I reached out to A&K as a shot in the dark after getting outrageous estimates for water damage involving my and my neighbor's bathrooms. Alex gave me 'fix it for cheap' and 'fix it forever ' options. I chose the latter. He did great work at a fair price and worked quickly. He was also transparent about labor and supply costs. I was so happy with the job A&K did that I had them make an unnecessary but fun passthrough window between my living room and dining room, and repaint my bathroom. I don't often write reviews, but it's hard to find someone who does good work, is reliable and responsive, fairly priced, works fast, and, most of all, who takes enough pride in his work to come back and do the little touch ups and small repairs that sometimes are only obvious when work seems to be done.
