It was a pleasure to engage Landau Real Estate Services to solve a water issue at our home. They were responsive and precise in their identification of and solution for the issue. Their professionalism and workmanship was first rate.

Kenny is SUCH a nice guy and SO responsive. I texted him one night at 9:30pm to ask his opinion on a vibrating noise that started behind our electrical panel. He called me immediately. I described it, had him listen to it over the phone, he asked some follow-up diagnostic questions, and sent someone out within the half hour to look into it. He was worried about a fire and didn't feel comfortable waiting until morning (neither were we, to be honest). It's crazy to say this about a business, but knowing Kenny is this responsive AND knowledgeable makes me feel safe when things get weird as a homeowner.

Kenny Gray of Landau Real Estate is a top professional contractor. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied and delighted with his work. We've recommended Kenny to our clients also and they sing his praises. Thanks Kenny for your excellent services.

I contacted Mr Kenny to paint 2 rooms in my home. I was given a two day work time, but job was done in a day, great clean up. I love the job they did.

I had 4 major projects - concrete porch & sidewalks, replacement windows, A/C installation & bathroom remodel done by Landau Real Estate Services, and I was pleased with each one. The workers were great - started on time, worked straight through, and was very respectful of me and my property. Kenny Gray is great to work with. He provided me with good advice and recommendations for each of my projects and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I would highly recommend that you give him the opportunity to provide you with a quote for any work that you need to have done. Kenny Gray is a professional and takes pride in the work that he does. I am thankful & blessed that I've been able to work with Landau Real Estate Services.

I'm a very happy repeat client and have had renovation, electrical and plumbing work done. I truly appreciate his ability to sort through options and help me prioritize my wish list for work on my older home. Very responsive to inquiries and completes projects quickly. I have confidence in the quality and workmanship and that he stands by his work.
