Process is exceptional

Great team of contractors that make construction enjoyable and bring quality to every project. They are one of my go to general contractors in the industry

I'm thrilled to share my amazing experience with Klasik Construction, who transformed my midcentury home in Chicago in 2021! They skillfully preserved the home's original charm while adding modern touches. Communication was seamless, and they finished the project efficiently. Their appreciation for the historical value of the home was impeccable, capturing the essence of midcentury while helping me bring up my home to modern day living. I'm already excited to work with them again in the fall on my upcoming investment property!

Klasik Construction & Development was so easy to work with. They communicated well and made sure that everything was built to our standards. Justin is professional and has an eye for design. I cannot wait for our next project! Highly recommend!

Klasik handled the remodel of my business professionally, smoothly, and holistically. Justin was extremely responsive and hands on with the project, and I always felt like he had my best interests in mind. The final work was high quality and to the very-specific specifications of the designer. I would use them again without question for any buildouts I need in the future.

Justin and his team were well organized and efficient through the entirety of our project. Their depth of experience was evident when we hit some unexpected structural issues in the historical building we were renovating, and the Klasik team was able to offer us innovative solutions that kept the budget and schedule on track. I highly recommend Justin and the Klasik crew for any commercial project.

I had Klasik Construction remodel my home in 2021, and I was very impressed with their work! They were professional, reliable, and respectful. I appreciated that they took the pandemic seriously and implemented safety protocols. Their subcontractors were friendly and respectful of our home. We felt very safe and well accommodated throughout the course of the 5 or so months that the work took. The owner, Justin, and I still talk regularly as he's a great resource to have for construction related questions!

This organization is top-notch! If you're looking to impress clients and employees with an office space that exudes style and functionality, you need to give them a call. Working with them was an absolute pleasure - they're knowledgeable and easygoing, making the process feel effortless.

My team blown away by their attention to detail from our very first meeting. They took great care to understand our vision for the project, asked questions, and made sure to create a space that would help my company succeed. They even helped us make smart budget decisions by identifying areas where our money would be best spent.

The end result was beyond my expectations - Our new corporate office is absolutely spectacular! My team is more motivated and productive, and the company culture has been elevated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a commercial build-out. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future.

I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with Klasik Construction. I hired them for a large-scale residential project - the construction of our dream home, and they exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

From the initial planning stage through to the project's completion, the team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and dedication. The project manager was exceptionally communicative, always keeping us in the loop about the progress and addressing any concerns promptly. Their transparency and honesty in dealing with the financial aspects of the project were also greatly appreciated.

The quality of their work is impeccable. The attention to detail is evident in every room of our new house. It's clear that the team at Klasik Construction takes great pride in their work, and it shows. They worked tirelessly to ensure that the finished product matched our vision and adhered to the highest standards.

Additionally, I was highly impressed by their respect for deadlines. Despite a few unexpected issues along the way (as any large project is likely to encounter), the team managed to complete the project on time without compromising on the quality of their work.

Their after-service is also commendable. Once the project was finished, they ensured we were thoroughly briefed about the maintenance of the different parts of the house, and they reassured us that they would be available for any future concerns.

All in all, the experience with Klasik Construction was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a residential construction company that delivers high-quality work, values customer satisfaction, and maintains transparency throughout the process, I highly recommend Klasik Construction.

I am a huge fan of Klasik! My firm Siren Betty Design has worked with them on three projects, and we are thrilled with the results! Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is unmatched. I also appreciate their responsiveness when it comes to last-minute design changes or other unanticipated issues. They work hard to do the project right and to make sure the client is happy, and we look forward to working with them again in the future!
