Amazing service! We called them to get a stain removed from our lounge chair and also get our couch cleaned. Igor and Igor did an excellent job! They were very professional and explained everything step by step. The stain was removed and our couches look brand new! I would highly recommended them for any service. They are very knowledgeable and even gave advice on how to deal with future stain situations.

Very professional and they did a wonderful job cleaning our couch and rug. Especially with 2 large dogs we’re very impressed with the results. Would highly recommend!

I loved this experience! The quote and scheduling all happened within just a couple minutes of me reaching out. They were able to come a couple days after I asked for the quote. I had a couch and 2 chairs done. The chairs are velvet which is difficult material and they did such a fabulous job on both! They were kind, professional, and very knowledgeable on everything! The team from Couch Cleaning Chicago was extremely professional and efficient. They cleaned my upholstered couch and two rugs- all 3 look great and stains successfully removed.

This is the second time that I have enjoyed a fantastic experience with Chicago Couch Cleaning! They are so easy to schedule with (everything done via text), incredibly communicative, prompt, friendly, very very professional (including wearing shoe covers) and did a wonderful job cleaning my sectional sofa. I now do this once per year. My two year old sand-colored sofa looks brand new off the truck once again! They completed the entire service in under 45 minutes. I CANNOT recommend them more highly!

I had used their upholstery cleaning service two times and every time the couch looks as good as new. Anti-allergen treatment that they offer as an add-on is huge difference from regular shampoo and my wife who has asthma is relieved for a few weeks after the cleaning service is performed. 5 stars for outstanding work and great customer service!
