Darius was amazing! I bought a dining room set off facebook marketplace and the chairs really needed a thorough cleaning. I found Nuwave via groupon. They were able to book an appointment for me within 1 day. I booked on Saturday; Darius came out on an early Sunday afternoon. He arrived early. Very polite and professional. And he THOROUGHLY cleaned my chairs (lots of elbow grease was needed!). I totally recommend NuWave and I will be using them again!

Looking for Excellence at a great value? You have founded it! NuWave did wonders on my carpets and pulled stains previous vendors could not. I wanted to book carpet cleaning via website, price $79.99. The site had technical difficulties processing payment. So, I called to schedule. ... And was told price is $125.00. Bad way of doing business

This company is horrific. I booked them without know through a company called "clean fox." I had paid 250$ for a deep cleaning. What I got was a nice fellow who did a basic 3 hour surface cleaning. I was told their cleaners were "only allowed to stay for three hours." So why are they working for another company advertising 6 hour deep cleans?? Unbelievable fraud, and a rude defensive manager who took zero accountability. This is the paper towel I wiped the floor with after they assured me I would have a deep clean in my tiny studio that doesn't even have a bathroom. He left before I returned and gave him permission, after I said I would move some items so he could clean those surfaces too. Unbelievable.
