Excellent service! My home was left spotless from top to bottom — kitchen, bathrooms, blinds, absolutely everything. The work was detailed, professional, and flawless. You can truly see the care and dedication in every corner. They’ll definitely continue working with me on a biweekly basis. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever!

I hired Sparkle for routine cleaning services, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. To begin with, the cleaners often arrived late without any prior notice or apology, then stayed less than an hour. Key areas were missed, including dusting the baseboards, vacuuming, floor mopping, and wiping down surfaces thoroughly. When I brought up these concerns with customer service, I was met with indifference and no offer to resolve the situation. They just reiterate it was not by the hour and the size of the apartment ( a one bedroom) informing me of the list of cleaning for the price I had requested - I informed them I was not receiving the services - only to receive the information “ they had to get back to me once they had communicated with the cleaner” this never happen.
The lack of professionalism and attention to detail from both the cleaners and the company as a whole left me regretting my decision to hire them.

Overall, Sparkle did not deliver on their promises and provided subpar service. I would not recommend them and will certainly not be using their services again.
