They responded promptly to scheduling requests and arrived on schedule. The technician quickly identified the problems with both units and explained the necessary fixes clearly. Prices were fair, neither too high nor low, considering the scope of work done. Overall, excellent service.

Samuel did a great job during our appointment, providing a detailed explanation of the work being done. I got an estimate from Union Heating And Air Conditioning, which sent Samuel over. He was courteous and showed respect for my home by removing his shoes before entering. During the assessment, he explained how a new furnace would help reduce my energy costs. His professionalism made a good impression, and I'm confident in recommending them to others.

We recently hired Union Heating And Air Conditioning to replace our furnace, taking a cautious month to ensure everything was done correctly before sharing my experience. The team displayed professionalism throughout the installation process, with Mark clearly explaining each step of the diagnosis and repair. His expertise put me at ease, but I'll be keeping an eye on how long this new system lasts us in the years ahead.

I chose Union Heating And Air Conditioning initially because they're a veteran-owned business, which stood out to me. No diagnostic or visit fees were charged, and one-visit appointments eliminated the need for two separate meetings. The owner handled the work personally - Samuel. He showed up on time, was pleasant, efficient, and got the job done. Our problem was fixed by the scheduled start time of our appointment.

We had a broken heating system, but thanks to a friend's referral, we got connected with Union Heating And Air Conditioning. Their technician showed up promptly, being both professional and friendly. The issue was quickly identified and resolved. The cost was fair. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, which is why I'd wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC assistance.

I had a terrible experience with this company, which was a huge letdown. The lack of communication and follow-through was appalling. When I first called, the technician arrived an hour late, but things only got worse - they showed up three hours late. Despite multiple attempts to reach them directly, I never received any updates on their status. This was a huge waste of my time and very frustrating.

Came out for a scope on the NEST system installation. Found issues with the existing HVAC unit, including damage to freshly painted walls. Contacted them multiple times, but each call goes straight to a call center. They claim someone will follow up and address my concerns, but 24 hours have passed with no resolution. Notified they don't have a direct line to a manager, which doesn't instill confidence in getting priority support.

My heating system went out for five days when temperatures plummeted. Despite multiple calls every few hours, no one ever arrived to fix the issue. It took three attempts for someone to show up, but they couldn't resolve the problem and promised another technician would be sent - which never happened. I was initially assured by other contractors that this company had my situation under control, so I didn't pursue help elsewhere.

The installation of the furnace I recently purchased was botched by Union Heating's technicians, who seemed completely clueless when it came to getting the size right for my specific building.
After my old 20-year-old furnace gave out, I hired this company to install a new one. But after they finished, I still had problems with airflow, and I was told that I needed to redo my ventilation system. That turned out to be just a Band-Aid solution - the real problem was that the furnace I got was way too big for my place.
I went back to three other companies and asked them to take a look at it. Every single one of them agreed with me: the furnace wasn't properly sized, and that's why it wasn't working right. But when I brought this up with Union Heating again, they just wouldn't listen.
One of those other companies did manage to tweak the furnace so it would run without any issues - but even they said that what Union Heating had done was only temporary, and that if you don't install a new furnace with the right size for my unit, it's going to burn out in no time. But when I told Union Heating about this, they claimed that every other company was wrong.
I sent one of those reports to their HVAC supervisor, but he just sort of acknowledged everything without directly contradicting it. He told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did - and what did I get? A canned response that wasn't very helpful at all. But at least the manufacturer confirmed what those other companies had said: a load calculation should be done to figure out the right size for my furnace.
When I told Union's supervisor this, he promised to contact the manufacturer again and get back to me. Months have passed, but I still haven't heard from him or anyone else at Union Heating.
Today, I had another problem with the furnace - it turned out that a different company was able to fix it pretty easily. But when they looked at it, they told me that the furnace is still too big for my place and that it won't last much longer than 5 years.
So now four companies are all saying that Union Heating got it wrong, and I'm having to save up because I know I'll need a new furnace in just five years. And to make matters worse, their payment system was so sloppy that they accidentally charged me the wrong card information - and after that, my bank blocked them from processing my payments. So now I've had to cancel my card and reorder a new one.
