They provided a reasonable replacement at a fair cost.

The work done at my place was top-notch and I'm thoroughly satisfied with their services.

They delivered the right parts to fix my furnace, which were reasonably priced. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind and assistance. Their service earned them a strong recommendation from me – I'd trust them again without hesitation.

Terrible experience. Huge holes were left open, and no protective covering was applied. There was a mess everywhere due to lack of cleanup during the drilling process. The workers seemed completely clueless.

Had to repeat my issue twice before being ignored - frustrating experience with lack of follow-up or resolution.

I've had a string of expensive problems with my AC units and furnaces, and now I'm dealing with another issue that required relocation of a return vent from the ceiling to the floor due to poor installation work. The end result is that I've wasted over $20k on these issues - I won't be using this company again.

I wouldn't hire this company again. They're completely unprofessional, consistently failing to honor their appointment commitments. I missed work twice due to them blowing off our meetings, and when I spoke to the representative, he was obnoxious and unacceptable in his demeanor.

The repairman showed up late, more than two hours after I was expecting him, without calling first. He came in, took photos of the issues, and then quoted me a price of around $550 for the repairs. He said he'd need to call his supervisor before proceeding. I wasn't thrilled with the estimate, but agreed to let him do the job anyway. When he left to get supplies, he was back 45 minutes later with a bag of stuff. It took him two and a half hours to finish the work.

After it was done, I asked about payment and got told he'd have to call his supervisor again. He came back and said the final cost would be $750 – $200 more than the original quote. When I pressed for an explanation, he shrugged and said "I just do what I'm told." Needless to say, I won't be recommending Navarro's heating and cooling to anyone. Be careful, folks – they might take you for a ride.

Avoid this company at all costs. They're untrustworthy and dishonest. After a week of dodging, they finally showed up to fix our water heater. We thought it was done, but two hours later, it failed again. I'd already paid them for the repair, thinking it was fixed. When I reported the issue, they just took my money and disappeared - no further communication whatsoever. They ripped us off of $600 and left us without hot water for over a week before we went with another company. Navarro's business practices are thoroughly unprofessional.

My experience with Navarro Heating & Air has been a stark contrast to what I initially thought. They did an excellent job installing my central air unit about 5 years ago and provided great service at the time. However, their performance has since been subpar.

When I needed my AC serviced for the year, they told me they were booked up but could fit me in the following afternoon. I waited, expecting a call, but none came. When I called again to check on the status, I was informed that technicians were running behind and would still visit, which never happened. It was a no-show.

Despite my initial disappointment, I gave them another chance when I phoned in the morning. The representative claimed she would have a technician call me, but I waited for hours and received no call. When I called again, I was told she would follow up later that day, only to be let down once more.

I've come to realize that if a company doesn't respect your time or simply admit they can't make it, there are better options available.

I had problems with my water heater, which led me to hire Navarros. Unfortunately, they came out twice and made incorrect diagnoses. Both visits resulted in free parts from the manufacturer ordered for me. The second time, another technician installed the gas valve incorrectly - this was noticed by a different expert who informed me. By then, I had been without hot water for nearly two weeks and was advised to get the parts directly from the manufacturer to save money. To fix the issue, they laid a new 3-yard gas line and replaced my old water heater since I could get it for free. They initially quoted $1200 but later lowered the price to $1000, which seemed excessive considering they'd misdiagnosed the problem, installed the valve incorrectly, and all parts were courtesy of the manufacturer. I paid cash and didn't receive a receipt - it took them a week to provide one, even though it wasn't itemized or specified that I'd paid in cash. When I asked for a receipt, the owner became upset, claiming it was valid everywhere and in China, and had me speak with his secretary, who was also rude. I hope someone at the Better Business Bureau reads this review - what happened to these business practices is unacceptable!
