On one of the chilliest days of the year, they showed up to lend a hand - great service and clear communication.

We called them when our furnace died on an extremely cold day and they responded quickly, resolved the issue, and provided excellent customer service.

Ray did a fantastic job pinpointing the issue with my AC unit. He presented viable alternatives before concluding it was best to replace it.

When installation arrived, his communication was spot-on. He showed up promptly and got straight to work. I'm particularly impressed by his focus on keeping my home clean - wearing shoe coverings to prevent dirt from entering my space is a great touch. He's kind, explains what he's doing, and delivered top-notch service overall.

Misdiagnosed my furnace issue, saying it needed a complete replacement when in fact it was just a faulty hose that could've been fixed. Don't trust them with your problems. I double-checked and the problem turned out to be a simple hose leak after all.

Just wanted to update - I've since repaired the issue and there's no more water leaking, and you can't even see any water anywhere anymore (it's almost been a year). Still got it wrong though.
