A1 Polish Services cleans our house. We are happy with the service. The woman who comes to clean our house is very nice and does an exceptionable job.

A1 Polish has been cleaning our office for years. The ladies come in with a great attitude and a with a great attention to detail. We recommend their services .

We had an excellent experience with Grace and her crew. The communication was excellent before they came, they arrived on time as agreed, and they did a wonderful job! We would recommend this service to anyone.

I am so thankful for the wonderful work these women did to my home before the holidays. I had let the care of my home slip due to professional and personal issues and a little case of depression. These ladies came in and whip my home back into shape in a short period of time. I guarantee you will be pleased with A1's services.

I own a three flat and my tenant moved out. The apartment was very dirty and this company's workers did a great job cleaning it including the windows. They were very conscientious and thorough. I will definitely use this company again.

NOTE: they do not take credit cards - cash or check only!

The entire A1 team is fantastic. They are friendly, reliable and do a great job every time. I love that they work around my large dog, and their attention to detail. I have used several cleaning groups in Chicago, and no one comes close to A1.

I’ve relied on A1 Polish cleaners for 20 years. During that time there were very few times when something went wrong and, Grace was always quick to correct the problem. There was NEVER a time when I doubted the honesty of any of the cleaners themselves. I highly recommend this service.

A1 is a highly professional service that provides housekeepers for cleaning services. Grace sent me Anna 8 years ago and her work was of the highest quality. The service itself was always responsive to my needs. I highly recommend A1.

Grace and her team are wonderful. We have Krystyna clean our house weekly. She is so thorough every week. It is always so wonderful to come back to a sparkling home and know that the people cleaning are so trustworthy and truly lovely people. They come with my highest recommendation!

Anna provided us outstanding service that was friendly, and thorough. She went beyond our expectations, not only doing everything we asked, but taking care of things we hadn't discussed to make sure our condo was in perfect shape once she left. We would highly recommend A1 Polish Services!

Grace and her crew have been wonderful over the past year. I’ve used other cleaning agencies in the past, and none have been as thorough. They are accommodating to my schedule and last minute requests and always are always respectful of our home.

I highly recommend A-1. I've been working with Grace for almost 20 years-her team has cleaned my home and our 6 flat condo common areas and she and her employees are professional, thorough and just nice to work with!

I spoke to Grace when setting up my cleaning service appointment. She was absolutely professional and so accommodating to my schedule which I really appreciated. The two young ladies who were assigned the cleaning services of my residence were Sofia and Sylvia. They were prompt, so pleasant and, most of all, did such a thorough and wonderful job of cleaning my place! I would definitely use A1 Polish Services again. And I plan to!

A1 Polish Services has been cleaning my house since 2011. They are well priced, trustworthy, and reliable. They are on time and nothing is ever damaged or lost. They are very thorough, and clean all parts of the house, including grout in tiles, baseboards, and hard-to-reach corners. Also, they are flexible if you need to change schedule. I strongly recommend them.

Grace and her team has managed the cleaning process of my condo building common area since 2017. Strong professional team going above and beyond to please and make any wrongs right. They are highly recommended.!

I had service from then before and now they have no one available to clean because of covid

Please do not trust this company. Grace’s cleaner broke a faucet in our house. Grace refused to submit a claim to her insurance agency. She failed to take responsibility. In addition, she does not enforce COVID precautions with her cleaners.
