All reviews for Casey Tuckpointing

Expressing admiration for Casey Tuckpointing's outstanding tuckpointing services. The meticulous work in tuck pointing underscores their commitment to delivering results that exceed expectations.

Casey Tuckpointing is my preferred contractor for masonry Chicago work. I hired them for a tuckpointing project, and the results were outstanding. Thank you again.

This group is amazing. It’s the second time we had them out to do work on our building. Every time I’m always happy with the results. And the work looks better than any other building on the block. The owner communicates well. And explains what him and his team are doing. They have our 100+ year old building into shape.

My building had lots of cracks so I called several places for estimation. When mr. Art examined my building he told me that lintels are the cause of cracks for the building. He and his team are good and fast. I really appreciate how they worked. And affordable price as well.

Art and and his crew did an exceptional job on installing new window lintels for me. Art quickly understands and recommends the best solution without trying to sell you work. I would hire him again as he provides honest recommendations and very professional work.

Project: replace patches of deteriorated brick, tuckpoint, and repair cracks on a single family cottage. Art and his team were punctual, reliable, and did the work at a fair price. I would absolutely hire Casey Tuckpointing again.

Art and his team did a great job! We had some extensive tuckpointing done. Their whole team was extremely prompt and professional. We highly recommend Casey Tuckpointing and will definitely use them again in the future.

I highly recommend Casey Tuckpointing for a job completed way beyond my expectations. A car crashed into our curved perimeter wall around our townhome and a large section was damaged and was moved off the foundation. I received a favorable quote for demo & rebuild the damaged portion of the wall that included permitting, material & labor shortly after the Casey Tuckpointing owner made an onsite visit. Once the contract was inked & permit was in place, the work was scheduled. The crew was punctual & gave me play by play so I always knew what was targeted for completion by the end of each day. The work was done expertly and efficiently from demo of brick and coping stones to orderly rebuild with new bricks matched compatibly to existing ones that you can't distinguish the new section from the new one & masonry appearance is blended perfectly. The crew was veey experienced grinding out and filling mortar evenly between bricks to avoid gaps. The work area was tidy and secured at the end of each day. Any neighbor concerns were managed and any questions I had about the process were always handled promptly and professionally. The crew worked some days in inclement weather (cold, windy) and around periods of rain/snow, promptly resuming work as soon as the precipitation ended. The results are stunning. Passersby have taken notice of the quality workmanship and have already hired Casey Tuckpointing for their masonry repair projects. I'm a tough critic and I'm fortunate that I chose Casey Tuckpointing from an internet search and placed my trust in Art & his seasoned crew to do quality masonry work and to honor the lofty claims made on their website. Job Well Done!!!

The entire process was friendly, professional and exceeded my expectations. The team completed two sides of 1st floor brick replacement and then grind/tuckpoint to 10’ height. The estimate was 100% accurate, every day the worksite was cleaned perfectly, and the overall experience was 5 star. I will happily recommend Casey Tuckpointing to all my friends, family and neighbors!

This review is for my sister n law (Debbie Smigla )
After shopping around for someone to tuck point the front of her house she talked with Casey from Casey's and he was very professional and answered all her questions and gave her a reasonable quote and also pointed out things no one else pointed out that he would do.
So the week that the work should of been done Debbie came down with a respiratory infection and was hospitalized and Casey was very understanding and reassured her he would still do the work as promised and she could pay when she is feeling better.
Well Debbie came home from the hospital and was very happy with the quality of the work Casey did on the tuck pointing.
Debbie would definitely recommend Casey to everyone.

I was impressed with Casey Tuckpointing's attention to detail and commitment to quality. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, they took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. They were skilled and experienced, and the best Chicago brick repair company

Casey Tuckpointing EXCEEDED my expectations. They did an EXCELLENT job rebuilding my chimney and got it done much faster than promised. Communication with Art was EXCELLENT and his PRICES are almost UNBEATABLE. A big plus for me was that his father (Mr.Casey himself) and his son works with the crew. Selecting a company from scratch to do a big job is not easy because you’re taking big chance (and risk), but a family owned & operated business is the most honest business you can find. Thank you Art AND Mr.Casey! I’ll be seeing you soon for our next project!

By far the best experience I’ve had with house repairs/contractors. Art came to give me a quote the same day I called him and started the extensive repairs a couple days later. He restored both side walls on a greystone as well as removed and rebuilt parapet walls and some other minor work in a week. Excellent communication, very professional and quality workmanship. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

The tuckpointing contractor Chicago was highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain the process to me and answer all of my questions. They were able to complete the work quickly and efficiently, and the results were excellent - my brickwork looks like new again!

I have worked with Casey Tuckpointing for almost eight years now on projects for our Multi-unit Vintage Condo building. They are solution-oriented and the prices are fair. The workmanship is top notch and the crew is on time, professional, courteous and clean. We count on them for quality brickwork; they rebuilt our parapet wall and meticulously placed/replaced complicated decorative limestone. They have replaced numerous lintels for us, rebuilt a chimney and tuck pointed our brick garage. If unexpected issues arise, you are informed of this and the options discussed right away. And the recommendations they've made always resolve the concern. They can be trusted.

Excellent work, excellent customer service, and excellent pricing. I've had many projects done to my vintage brick building, and all work by Casey Tuckpointing exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Casey Tuckpointing for any type of brick work. Their professionalism and talent far exceeds that of other masons I've used in the past.

My commercial building needed some masonry repairs so I called Casey tuckpointing.  They were very professional and recommended me with options. Pricing was better to other masonry companies but I chose them because of their outstanding reviews.  They replaced a few window lintels, rebuilt sections of parapet walls and they installed new steel coated parapet wall copings. Project took about 2 weeks and can not be more happier.
Thank you very much for your hard work !

We used Casey Tuckpointing for chimney repair at our condo in Chicago. They responded with a call back quick, in addition they were onsite to provide an estimate and start the work faster than I could snap my fingers. Very professional and even better, very nice people. They understood our situation and helped us get everything done that needed to be done.

We hired Casey Tuckpointing to rebuild the north and west parapet walls, chimney, and tuckpoint the entire building as was necessary of our 100 year old landmark building. Over the years several other mason contractors worked on the building. None provided the knowledge and expertise as Casey Tuckpointing. They provided an exceptional service from their adherence to the building details in order to rebuild to the original specifications, securing the proper permits form the City, providing a work crew that were excellent craftsman, polite and extremely hard working, and returning the yard and surrounding area to perfect condition. Of the three bids obtained from contractors for the work, they were not the least expensive; however, they provided a detailed summary of the work to perform and extras that may result from the removal and rebuilding of the structure. I would not hesitate recommending Casey Tuckpointing. They returned the building to its original beauty.

The workmanship, professionalism, dedication to their craft really showed in the work completed on my home. I am very satisfied with the masonry work completed and highly recommend this company. Thanks Art...🍷

Casey Tuckpointing did a great job for us! The price was fair, the work was well done, customer service was excellent. And the company didn’t try to persuade us that we needed more work than was necessary. What more can you ask for? I will recommend the company to my friends and neighbors.
