Avoid hiring Sam - he's a scammer who'll sell you replacement parts but slap on old, worn-out ones. Forget about calling him back once payment's made, as he won't bother. Shut this company down before more people get ripped off like I did.

We're taking this matter to court to recoup our costs, as Sam's tactics are unacceptable and won't be tolerated.
