Fantastic company to work with! They took care of a lot of our plumbing needs from rodding, to pipe replacement, to pump replacement. The owners are very honest, down to earth good people. They've made several good recommendations and don't try to upsell you on things or services you don't need. The service was speedy and they stand behind their jobs. Rates were very reasonable with excellent customer service. This is my go-to plumbing company and would highly recommend to anyone.

We've used Doc Mechanical a few times now for various plumbing issues in our home. I appreciate how professional and neat they are but also how they explain things to us non-plumbers! We also appreciate their honesty and while I don't have a whole lot to compare to, I believe their pricing is affordable. Hopefully we won't need to use them for a while but will definitely call them when needed!

I had Doc Mechanical out to swap out my shut offs for my spigots and Eddie noticed that my main shut off was broken. He let me know know and swapped it that day. A couple months later I called because I was adding a bathroom in my basement. They came out the next day and started work and finished quickly. The whole crew does impeccable work. I’ve recommended them to multiple family and friends who have also used Doc. Great people

I highly recommend Doc Mechanical for all your plumbing needs! The team was extremely professional, offered fair prices, and were always on time. Doc Mechanical installed a water line to our basement kitchen and they also helped me when I had an emergency plumbing issue. They are reliable and I appreciate the high quality of work they completed on my house.

Emailed Doc Mechanical and got an immediate response from Mary Kate. Needed them to fix some band-aid kitchen sink plumbing I did myself a few years back. They were able to come out the next day and were gracious, professional, and cleanly. Will definitely have them back for any future plumbing concerns and would highly recommend them.

Our house smelled off and found out our stack vent pipe was cracked. Was referred by friends to Doc Mechanical and are so glad we were! Eddie came out right away to assess the situation gave a quote, and offered to fix the issue right away. At first we planned for a more extensive repair, but when he arrived, he recommended a less expensive and more practical repair (that would not involve tearing apart our kitchen). His insights saved us time, money, and a huge headache! This fix was done that day, and he and his colleague were so kind and thoughtful.

Can't be grateful enough of these incredible professionals. They came to fix a building sewer pipe that burst into our office and flooded everything. Used putty instead of a wax ring and my toilet kept leaking because of it

Congratulations the technician you have working today driving like a manic down central near Devon at 2 pm just cost you a future customer. If he drives at all like he conducts business I am glad to never let them set foot in my house.
