Melvin coordinated a follow-up visit with his manager, Ezra, assuring us that if anyone could resolve this issue, it would be Ezra. Ezra did mention the possibility of re-piping but committed to doing his best to avoid that. Cutting to the chase, Ezra successfully managed to rectify the issue without the need for extensive re-piping, for which we're immensely grateful! While their services might seem a bit expensive, they are transparent about it. Considering the urgency of our situation in Chicago, we were simply relieved to have the problem fixed.

He, along with his team members, Melvin and Ezra, had to work in a cramped, dim crawlspace, but they completed the task without losing their good spirits. The backflow preventer they fitted on the front of my residence is a masterpiece. But there's more! When my son's boiler began to leak, I reached out to Terrence and he was there on the same day! had a slow-draining toilet and figured there was a partial clog in the pipe. i set up a visit online, and brian showed up right on time. he used his digital camera to check the waste pipe but didn’t find any blockages. then he flushed the toilet and quickly realized the issue wasn’t in the drain, but the water jets under the bowl rim were partly blocked by calcium from our hard water. this made the toilet fill too slowly for a good flush. i asked if using a gel acid to descale the jets would help, and he said yes, but if that didn’t fix it, he suggested maybe replacing the toilet since it’s very old. he didn’t charge me for the visit and was very friendly as he left. luke's rapid plumbing is an awesome plumbing company. i highly recommend them.
