Colin came over within 24 hours of my initial call. He was friendly and professional and didn't gaslight me over the noise I said I heard the dryer making even though it didn't make the same noise for him. So glad to have found this local resource and will definitely use them again!

Terry’s Service has done work for me and my family for over 20 years. They’re punctual honest and informative. If you have any issues with your washer/dryer, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, compactor, and disposal repair you should absolutely call them. Colin came out and replaced 2 igniters and 2 burner tubes in my Viking stove. Pleasant, efficient, cleaned up after himself and even vacuumed up old crumbs in the area he was woking in as well as the floor beneath the stove.
I called him because he had repaired the other oven and my washer in the past. I’m so happy to have such a reliable & honest person work in Beverly.
