I was very impressed with the professionalism and service of this company. Both the roof techs and the office folks are very responsive and a pleasure to work with. My repairs were done on the day they promised - even though it was a pretty miserable day to be up there working. Juan and his crew showed up early and stayed late until the job was finished. Five Stars.

Brothers recently did some work at our condo association, replacing our roof partially. I was very impressed at how hard their crew worked while on the job. They were also very communicative. Most importantly, they are integral. A crew-member accidentally scratched a window when they brushed up against it with a concrete tile. Brothers accepted responsibility for this, and compensated my wife and I for the damage.

I will suggest that if furniture needs to be removed to do the work, that you take a picture of the setup, and send it to the crew, so that they can put things back where they go post-job.

As a home inspector in Chicago, I see a lot of flat roofs. I am very happy to report that Brother's Roofing installed one of the best installed and properly detailed roofs on my building that I have ever seen. They performed a complete tear-off of several layers before the installation of the proper underlayment and then the rubber membrane. The detailing around the parapet wall and coping stones was very well done. They were even able to reduce the typical rise in the roof just above the gutter. My roof drains so much better now.
If you need a flat roof, these are your guys!

Crazy Chicago winter weather (Damn 2020!) ruined my roof and gutters, and who came to the rescue? None other than Brother's Roofing! Thank you guys, great job fixing my house and my garage!

Brothers Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof when we had it redone in 2022. Recently we had a leak in the roof which turned out was from our neighbors roof (our roof was not the problem). Memo came out immediately after we called (same day), diagnosed the problem and fixed our neighbors roof and our roof within the week. Did an excellent job. They are honest and efficient and do high quality work. Would recommend to everybody!

Excellent. Brothers Roofing came out to repair/replace roof messed up by another contractor. They did amazing job, from beginner to end. What I love about this roofing company the most:
1- showed up on time
2- had all material needed.
3- cleaned/ cleared during and after job.
4- The owner was present and on the roof to assist and coordinate. 3 roofers and the owner ,job was done within hours.
5- very knowledgeable in roofing/explained everything that they were doing.
Pricing and service provided were superior. I highly recommend 👌!

So the ice and the harsh winter decided to play a trick on my home's roof, gutters, and soffits, and Brother's Roofing came to the rescue! Like most people in the Chicago Area I'm sure I am not the only one with roofing problems and these guys came through and did an amazing job with the repairs, the cleaning, the punctuality, the courteousness, and the professionalism overall and I am very thankful for that because this is their busiest time of the year. "Bravo Zulu" for a job well done!

I recently hired Brothers Roofing to do a complete tear-off and roofing replacement for our building. The old roof had three old layers, and once the tear-off was done, some extensive rotting wood that needed replacing. Their team was incredibly professional, from the first phone call, bid process, and throughout, the communication was excellent. Tony in the office was very communicative, letting me know updates on timing, permits, etc. The crew (led by Guillermo), showed up promptly each day, sent me update photos, and gave regular updates. The work was done in a very professional manner, and couldn't be happier with the finished product. In a world where so many companies are fly-by-night, these guys really shine.

We've uesd this company many times over the last 8 years. Over the last year and a 1/2 that they've been very busy they've ignored all warranties! They did new construction project for me more recently that that started leaking they wouldn't fix!

$190 for estimates?that's crazy.

Their drivers will speed to cut you off.

They were over to do the job, and stole the jalapeno peppers I had growing in my garden. No joke! There's certain ethics that should follow a business and petty stealing is not one of them...

Had my roof done by them in 2008, huge water leak 2009 damage to 2nd floor, never paid for damages, came last year same thing roof damage celling damage, again this year they charged $1000 to paint roof to up keep the warranty, never paint the roof agin roof and once more yet another roof leak and more damage this year . currently with BBB, next step is court !

They installed roof about ten years ago and called them back for a small roof job and they kept giving the run around. I reached out to them in August 2020 and it is now December 2020. called their dispatch guy game me an appointment NOV. 24th day before thanksgiving holiday. they called and told me its a holiday can we come next week. No call so far and no show. Very unprofessional company. Please use your own discretion when hiring them out.

Absolutely unprofessional company. They don't properly handle simple roof tear offs. They can't even handle a simple 2 story building roof project without making a HUGE mess at the surrounding area and buildings. I called the owner and she hung up on me even though her company made the big mess! Flying debris everywhere, dust everywhere. No effort to contain the dust, dirt and debris. Very reckless and unprofessional company.

Memo's work is incomplete as he cannot guarantee his own work, the process has been unacceptable. He is demanding final payment while refusing to provide the mandatory CertainTeed inspection report or City inspection. Without this report, the manufacturer's warranty is not valid, leaving you with zero protection. Until he provides proof the roof was properly installed and certified, a warranty you can't verify is worthless. No proof of inspection = no valid warranty.

Because I disputed this with my credit card company, he put a mechanic's lien on my property. I will need to sue him in court. Don't bother with this company.
