You won't find anyone more honest, trustworthy, and dedicated than Mike. I've been using his service for several years now for both my furnace and my A/C and I wouldn't consider letting anyone else work on them. Yesterday during the peak heat of the afternoon, the capacitor on the compressor died leaving me without A/C. When Mike arrived, he found the problem in minutes but didn't have the exact replacement in his truck. It was near the end of the business day so Mike called around and found someone who had the part in stock. Mike hurried off to get the part before the store closed, returned, installed the part, and had my A/C up and running that same afternoon. Service doesn't get any better than that! THANK YOU Mike!!!

I highly recommend Mike to friends, family and neighbors for their A/C and heating needs. He provided professional, courteous, and quick service when I needed my A/C fixed fast. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, communicates service issues effectively, and provides his services at a fair and reasonable cost.

1 May 2016 - Thought Memorial Day weekend would be an excellent time to try my first A/C install. I have never soldered or brazed before (probably should have started with something a little less difficult). So I had issues heating up the lines to the needed temperature with my cheap $50 brazing kit so I ran into some issues frying the Schrader valves (Mike was kind enough to let me know I should have removed them prior to brazing). I also ended up losing all my refrigerant, thank goodness it was R410A. After 4 days of failure I swallowed my pride and contacted Mike on Memorial Day and he was gracious enough to squeeze me in first thing the next day and got me up and running again. I left out the small detail that I had spoken to him before doing this and he had advised me of all the pitfalls and requirements of the new systems and I embarked on the endeavor despite his wise council. He did not even mention it or tell me I told you so one time :) He came out and resolved my blunders and charged me far less then he could have. Service professionals like Mike are few and far between so when you find someone you can TRUST and RELY on make sure and stick with them.

May 2015 - Single family home in Normandy, MO had the outside condenser unit was "borrowed" so I needed to get a new one ASAP. Called Mike he was able to get me a new unit installed the next day and even saved me $100 on the unit. Professional and clean work every time.

July 2012 - I own rental property in Belleville, IL and the A/C went out for one of my apartments. The lady living there has a young infant and we all know how the weather is in June. Mike showed up in 30 minutes. He charged the unit and had it up and cooling again in 10 minutes. His price was very good and he was very honest. Thank you Mike I look forward to using your services again in the future.

Mike was great! He's your guy. Everybody needs to have reliable people to call when things break down, Mike's that guy. Fair price, friendly and easy to work with. Gave me some good advise on future planning on an older boiler in my home. He didn't try to sell me a new, he told me what to be on the lookout for and a good idea what a new one would cost. Cleaned and serviced my existing equipment and got it back on line. Mike's my guy for HVAC now and its good to know you have someone you can trust.

We used Mike a few times now for smaller things at our old place and once at our new home. Then our furnace, which was 30 years old went out. We'll since we had used him prior we got a bid which was fair and honest price for a great hvac system. We got a entirely new system a/c furnace and coil. Within a few days of install the inducer motor was making a loud noise. I called Mike and he promptly came out addressed the issue and it was a manufacturer defect that was no fault of Mike's. But he got the new warrantied part within 1 day and replaced it. No issues since. Very happy with the service and system. Thanks Mike and I would highly recommended his company for any of your hvac needs!

I have had to have HVAC work done four or five times since we bought our house in 2020. Mike's team always gets the job done quickly and professionally at a good price. They've never been out to re-repair anything they worked on, it's all been correcting stuff done by the fools that built this place. If you're looking for quality work, a fair price, and a group of guys that are just plain great to talk to while they're working, I can't recommend Mike's Heating & Air more. I've told everybody that will listen that they're the only phone call I'll make when things aren't heating or cooling. Would give 10 stars out of 5 if possible.

Mike was great!
I had an emergency Issue on a holiday weekend, and while we weren't able to get the furnace back on over the phone, it meant the world to me that he tried as hard as he did to work me through the steps. He was first concerned with trying his hardest to keep my family warm, and second with making money. And even then he took GREAT care to ensure his service did not incur undue cost by double checking everything to ensure the fix couldnt be cheaper.
The guy is exactly what you hope for out of an HVAC guy in a pinch, and his assistant Taylor was also amazing.
They will get more calls from me in the future as needed.
Likely wont even look elsewhere in the future. great men
